Hello, we were at the institution yesterday, well, it's just Hell.
The staff is relatively good, but maybe we got the most inexperienced, the child wanted pizza, they said that the pizza guy had a birthday and there was no pizza, they were well treated with understanding. We ordered bread, there was no bread, it also happens.
Dishes
As far as I know, the brizole is served with a side dish and the side dish is included in the price of the dish, (I may be mistaken, maybe I didn't pay attention before) but after ordering the brizoli, they clarified the side dish, they also took meat with vegetables, they also clarified the side dish, but most importantly, the waiter did not specify that the side dish comes for a fee, too, minus.
The wait was said to be ready for up to 35 minutes. The last dish was brought 46 minutes later. I understand if there was a workload, there would be no questions, but the place was semi-empty, and you know, with a semi-empty place, waiting 46 minutes is not very pleasant.
They clarified the approximate gram of dishes from the waiter, there was not even an approximate answer, they said that everything depends on vegetables, if there are a lot of vegetables, then 400 grams. If it is not enough, then 350. How do you understand this? They also said when they offered a side dish for a fee that if you do not take the side dish, then the portion may be small. How's that? The amount is not small, the dishes are expensive.
The most interesting thing is that in all menus, the price for a coke is 150, and the checks are punched 180. Do they know the consumer rights laws? The price of one is broken through by another. Is this okay? They asked the waiter why this was so ? To which they replied that the sticker had come off, where the alleged price was 180. It killed me.
The dishes are very tasty, this is the only plus, well done, very tasty.
The rating is 2 out of 5. I do not recommend this place. The prices are expensive, the portions are relatively small, the wait is long, the prices are not correct, the service is beyond words.
