We ordered a taxi in advance for 5 a.m. via WhatsApp, the dispatcher accepted the order and informed us that the car number would be sent later. At 5 a.m. there was no car, the operator did not answer, they called a lot of times, they did not even apologize. We had to go to the border and had to urgently use the services of another company, fortunately, they quickly sent a car and we were not late for the plane.
