Nice quiet hotel with a lovely courtyard. Recently made repairs. The staff is friendly. The rooms are equipped with a TV, a fridge and a kettle with a cup. There is air conditioning and a balcony. There is a sauna and a swimming pool on the territory, but the price is too high, an hour 7000 is somehow expensive. The breakfasts are meager, to be honest, not very tasty. But tolerable. There is a problem with water, you start washing and the hot disappears, the cold starts running or stops running altogether. After a couple of minutes, the cold starts running again and slowly heats up. Apparently there is one not very large boiler that cannot cope with so many rooms. The owners need to think about this. The area is quiet. The price is quite affordable. But you need to book in advance. On average, a solid four, there is something to work on!

A great hotel. Friendly staff. I was traveling from Almaty to Aktobe, stayed overnight. The rooms are clean, the bed, towels, toiletries, all without complaints. Breakfast in the morning, there is a courtyard where to park the car for the night. Internet, wi-fi. Quiet, cozy and comfortable.

We booked this hotel on booking based on reviews and ratings. We arrived from the road late in the evening. We went to the hotel and asked to see the room, to which we received a sharp response: "Guys, don't do nonsense, we have good rooms." It was already late, we checked in. The rooms are generally not bad. The room has a refrigerator, kettle and tea facilities.
And now for the cons. Towels are cheap, they do not absorb moisture. The cable from the mirror was insulated with duct tape, which is not safe. There was a smell of sewage from the bathroom. The sound insulation is not very good, you can hear everything that happens in the hallway through the door. I came across a room with a door that opens directly onto the stairs. Loud conversation at the reception made it difficult to relax. Buffet breakfast, a large selection. The rating is too high.

An excellent hotel, I would say the best in Kyzylorda, as I have been to a variety of expensive ones, including the Park Hotel and Sultan Plaza (stone hotels). There is a wonderful atmosphere here, more soulful: in a small area (only 12 rooms) benches, good lighting in the evening and at night, very green and a waterfall in the center - relaxes and gives a sense of peace. Sitting in the courtyard of a quiet hotel during the day, working with a laptop, smoking near a waterfall in the evening - creates the impression that you are not at work, but resting. The rooms are excellent with a double bed, not a bad bathroom and shower. Good flat-screen TVs and desks. Breakfast is not as rich as in more expensive hotels, but it is quite good: porridge (very tasty) sausages, cheeses, pies, samsa, vegetables, sweets, tea, coffee and much more. In my opinion, the best hotel in Kyzylorda.

They tried to drop the room through booking, but while they were checking the availability of rooms by phone, the standard rooms magically disappeared. Only the suite remains. We specified the cost and for how long. It was critical, because we moved in at night around 3 a.m. As a result, we booked a room for a day by phone (!) From the moment of arrival.
When we arrived, we barely got through to the receptionist. The attitude is so-so, as if we owe something, even though we are the customers.
The cost of the room turned out to be higher than in a phone conversation. Plus, we also took a fee for the notification, which we didn't need at all (we already have all the docks)
The suite did not look like a suite at all. The bed creaked and wobbled as if it had been forgotten to pull off. The sheets are torn, the towels look like they were just folded, not washed.
The feeling of a "room for an hour"
Breakfast was also not impressive: cold samsa, dry pancakes, porridge choked in a pressure cooker.
The audibility is terrible, since 8 a.m. we could hear the staff talking as if they were standing right in our room.
And the cherry on the cake was that at three minutes to 12, they started banging on the door, like it's time for us to move out.
I travel a lot around the world for work and therefore I have lived in a lot of hotels: from hostels to real European suites. And this is the first time I've seen this.

The room has a great big bed (though only one narrow blanket). Cleanly. It was quiet at night, you can sleep well. The breakfast is excellent:rice porridge, pies with different fillings, pancakes with all kinds of toppings, etc. Buffet. You can only have breakfast here, lunch and dinner are not served. There is food delivery to the hotel.

There is a very bad smell in the hall. There was a problem with the numbers. The location is not bad. A fountain in the yard doesn't really make sense. The carport helps to hide the car well from the heat. I don't think it's worth the money.

The prices for the rooms are overpriced. We stopped for the night (literally to sleep 5-6 hours) at this hotel, there were three of us and a small dog. Initially, we were counted 54 thousand tenge for 2 rooms. One room for two is 24 thousand tenge, the other number is one person and a dog (York dog weighing 5 kg was counted as a person apparently) for 30 thousand tenge. We persuaded us to put in one room by adding a cot. As a result, it turned out 36 thousand for three people plus 10 thousand for a dog. The breakfast is so-so, porridge and some strange-looking pies. The room is so-so, small, tired and in need of repair. The bathroom is made with safety violations, the outlet is right next to the faucet.
If it were not for the desperate situation with accommodation with a dog, we would not have stayed at this hotel.
This hotel does not have an 8.5 - 8.6 rating on Booking.com as indicated at the reception.
P.S. Dogs and pets are generally not welcome in Kazakhstan, neither in hotels nor in rented apartments.

We were welcomed as welcome guests. They suggested where to park the car (there is a special area with a canopy from the scorching sun) and placed it in luxurious rooms with air conditioning. View of the rooms as in the photo. It is very clean and smells nice. There is a swimming pool and a sauna. Breakfast is included in the room rate.
From a long journey, one can only dream of such a vacation.
