The hotel is located in a quiet area. Small and very cozy! Stayed in a suite - a very nice room! A varied breakfast! I would especially like to note the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. There is an automated exchanger in the lobby. The only thing I would like to recommend is to add a microwave oven to the Suite! And then there is a kitchen, but there is nothing to warm the food with! I definitely recommend the hotel and will stay again!

A fairly cozy, not expensive hotel with a VERY GOOD LOCATION. All moving places are a couple of minutes away by taxi, and taxis in Tashkent are VERY cheap. Some places are generally within walking distance.
Of the disadvantages, it is not the most modern interior, which is not critical for me, and there is only ONE outlet near the bed. There is another entrance door, apparently for a vacuum cleaner, and a little more that you can turn off the hair dryer and thereby get another outlet. But it's still very inconvenient in the modern world.

Very convenient location, professional and friendly staff. The hotel receptionist especially liked the girl, it is clear that she knows her business, communicates competently as in branded hotels and quickly solves issues. The hotel is worth the money.

To be honest, I would not put 4 stars in another country. The hotel itself is a three-star pull. Here the staff and the restaurant definitely pull five stars! Friendly, helpful, always with care! Tips are like fire, everything is From the Heart!!! A good steam room, a wonderful hammam, an excellent swimming pool. They would like to eliminate some blemishes, but the truth is insignificant: the bolts on the toilet seat are not tightened, Blankets are of higher quality, mattresses are softer, towels in the spa area are not enough for everyone. Well, it's just such a small thing, I want to close my eyes to it and personally I will come here next time!!!

This is the second time I have stayed at the hotel.
For your money, it's optimal.
Positive:
+The rooms are clean, the cleaning is carried out.
+ Towels in a complete set.
+There are slippers, tea table, soap accessories
+Wi-Fi in the room
+full breakfast
+convenient location
+responsive staff
+MIR cards are accepted, there is an ATM-exchanger
Minuses
- the pool/sauna/gym is open from 10 (!) in the morning. For those who came for work, it is generally inconvenient.
- the pool was muddy last time
+/- there is no ironing room, but they can bring a board and an iron
I have not stayed in other hotels in Tashkent. This one suits me completely

The hotel is located in a quiet and cozy area, but the center is not within walking distance. We took a family room - it is certainly luxurious, 2 large rooms plus a small kitchen. On the ground floor of the hotel there is a small swimming pool, a hammam and a sauna. Everything worked, but the water in the pool is very cold.

I didn't like this hotel. Strange furniture of a gloomy color.. There is no dental cleaning kit in the bathroom. A very narrow bathtub, with my 43m foot size I couldn't stand up properly in it (really strange architecture). There is no refrigerator (mini-bar) in the room.. You won't drink cold water.. the pool in the basement - I wish I could look the architect in the eye!!! It's 33-35 degrees outside, I want to swim and sunbathe in the air, and here is the basement..
Breakfast is just a failure, there is nothing to eat, coffee is only instant..
In short, I do not recommend it.
The only bright spot is a normal employee at the reception

It seems to be clean and fed, but there are nuances with the rooms, the audibility from the corridor and from neighboring rooms is very good, as if they walk and talk in your room. Room cards periodically stop working, you have to contact the reception.

Hello.The hotel is , well , so - so . The bed linen is clean, towels are changed every day. They clean up on three, dusty window sills, tables, the headboard of the bed, the bathroom floors are not washed, the carpet is crumbled. The breakfasts are boring, on the 3rd day of their stay at the hotel they found out that they make scrambled eggs at breakfast, by chance, no one offers, they looked for a clean table, they did not clean after the visitors immediately and the staff, especially in the dining room, were not customer-oriented, sullen, irritated. My husband had a birthday during his stay at the hotel, no one congratulated him for breakfast in the morning, there was no compliment from the hotel. In general, the hotel and the service in it are so-so.

The room is bad.There is no refrigerator, but there is a safe. You can live in princeps, but not permanently. There are few hangers, and no towels for the feet. The TV is not working. The towels smell bad. But there is something to drink tea in, this is a plus.So in general, the room is not bad, but there are a couple of little things that can be eliminated. If they were eliminated, my score would be 5. About the food: it's delicious, but some food is cold, and some is not the freshest. So you can eat in the princeps.

Lived two nights in this hotel. There is no sound insulation, slamming doors in the corridor are annoying. Musty smell everywhere, in the hallway, in the rooms ... linen with the smell of cheap powder and sourness. There are traces of mold around the bathroom.
Breakfast is so-so, rather sparse. The staff does not monitor the availability of food on the buffet 🤷🏻♂️
Not bad coffee from a drip coffee maker!

Nice hotel. For 2 weeks, there was an exceptionally positive experience of interaction with the staff. Convenient location. Delicious breakfasts.
Among the disadvantages: on the 5th floor, the smell of cigarette smoke can sometimes be felt in the toilets (it brings through ventilation); Wi-Fi does not work well if people start actively using it (for example, in the evening)

Advantages: convenient location, friendly staff, clean rooms, in general everything is at a good level. On the ground floor there is a restaurant with, in my opinion, the best price/quality ratio in Tashkent. It is possible to pay with a VISA or MasterCard card.
Cons: monotonous breakfast, on the third floor there was a constant smell of smoking in the corridor (there is no smoke on the fifth floor). Poor sound insulation.

A new clean hotel in a good location. The staff is polite. The only drawback is breakfast in the hotel restaurant. The restaurant itself is good when you go to it in the evening, but they seem to consider the included breakfasts as an unnecessary burden and do it without enthusiasm, besides, instead of the promised hours at the reception from 7 to 11, they really curtail at 20.

A normal hotel, among the disadvantages there are no bathrobes, towels for feet, it is necessary, because at least the water after taking a shower is all on the floor, very slippery and deep bath, be careful. There is no refrigerator. On the plus side, bottled water is replenished daily, there is a tea set, towels are changed daily, a traditional breakfast, the hotel is beautiful, clean, smells nice. Among the wishes- replace the entourage at the entrance from artificial plants to live ones and add a third towel and a bathrobe and you will not be equal!!!

The restaurant at the hotel is a separate song - the waiters do not speak Russian, pick their ears and nose, chew something. Half of the dishes are out of stock, include 12% of the order amount in the receipt. The quality of service is 0. The price for a room is $ 60 and this is Uzbekistan. I do not recommend it!
