I liked the hotel, it's clean, everything in the room is there. The breakfasts are normal, I especially liked the freshest, still warm pastries - samsa with meat, potatoes, buns with cottage cheese, dried apricots. We had dinner at the restaurant in the evening, everything was delicious too. It's a pity we didn't have time to use the pool. By the way, peacocks have offspring

A nice hotel with nice rooms and decent buffet breakfasts. There is a small area with a swimming pool and peacocks walking around. Within walking distance of a supermarket, an alcohol market, several canteens.

Hello! The hotel is pleasant, the territory is good, there is a swimming pool. But be careful about the prices. For some reason, the hookah on the day of our visit began to cost 280.000 soums, instead of 170,000 soums. At the reception, the price was announced 550.000 soums per day per room, upon departure after 4 days it turned out that for each resident there were 550.000 soums. It was not pleasant, as the price per day became 1,100,000 soums

Well, for the best hotel in the city... It won't do. A small and very slow elevator, some kind of trouble with the ventilation of the rooms, the smell of sewage, there is no ventilation function on the windows, oak bathrobes and towels - it would be nice to use air conditioning, very hard beds, but this is apparently individual, there are very few tables in the restaurant, the morning breakfast does not stand up to criticism, there is nothing to eat the fact. Well, the food is on the menu, very tasty, but audaciously expensive. Total average 3* hotel.

I chose this hotel on the principle of "the most expensive in the city". Therefore, the requirements for it were appropriate.
1) the staff is almost completely monolingual. This is a disaster for the hotel! If one Ulugbek and Khilola understand and speak Russian, the others barely understand what they are talking about.
2) arrogance in prices. Despite the status of the hotel, employees will be happy to add non-existent services. For example, for the use of booths (gazebos) in the garden - you need to pay extra, and not just a million soums at once (almost $ 90 at the time of stay). And the cost in the restaurant is at the price level of Novosibirsk, where I came from.
3) landscaping - the rooms look as laconic as possible, without a bathroom, but everything is fine for that. The air conditioner worked without interruption but lowered the temperature by only 5-7 degrees. Which, of course, helped in the 40th heat, but did not save. Definitely like the garden around the pool - there are two peacocks, a dozen rabbits and even a Dolmatian puppy with whom the spouse quickly became friends.
4) Cleaning. They clean every day- but just by making the bed and changing the towels. Without updating the bed itself, nor the water, even in the shower set will not be put. Only after a personal comment.
5) the pool is both a joy and a disappointment at the same time. The adult is really big, deep and very comfortable. On the day of our arrival, the pools (large and children's) were clean, the water was clear. Then, in the middle of the week, the children's water was drained, washed and renewed. But the adult has not been updated. Why??? He was simply covered with bleach (literally poured in the morning while people were swimming) and then told not to swim for two hours. The fact that they do it at night (as they said at the reception) apparently forgot)) in short, during the whole week of our stay, the pool has not been updated with water (see the photo in comparison of the first and last day of the pools, the green color of the water is so striking)
6) buffet - the scarcity of it is the first problem. There was no fish at all. Fruits are represented by sliced watermelon and melon, grapes or nectarines were served a couple of times. That's it? In the country where these fruits grow! There is only one porridge - rice, I like it and it is delicious - but every day it is the same porridge. The cutlets are as fat as possible, it is impossible to eat. But tea and coffee are delicious, of course, without the device, you pour it yourself and cook it yourself by pouring boiling water from the titanic. Well, what about a luxury hotel?)
7) attitude. In trying to get through to the hotel, I came across ignorance of the language (see point 1), and unwillingness to even answer questions about the hotel. (By the way, this also applies to all other hotels in Ferghana). At the time of check-in, I was almost forced to pay for my reservation paid for on Yandex. Travel. And only after half an hour of proceedings did they see that everything was paid for.
I added one star for Ulugbek from the reception, who is the only one who speaks perfect Russian, was the most friendly and hospitable person, helped in organizing a bouquet for his wife's birthday. Thank you Ulugbek

The place is not bad, the new building. The staff communicates very delicately. It is located on the edge of the city, but there is a Yandex Go and its prices are usually less than 10 thousand soums goes to any part of the city. There is an open bosein, but there is a schedule. Men walk on certain days, and women walk on other days. Because of this, I was unable to use the pool on these sunny days. Because the room price included access to the pool.
