The service is disgusting. It was barely possible to get in touch. Two of the numbers listed on the website were unavailable (I called on Friday around lunch). I found the third number, wrote to Viber, the answer killed me, Then they called me back, I clarified the same question about pickup and the availability of the necessary mirror. They explained to me where to pay and told me to pick up the goods at the warehouse. Finding a warehouse and finding an office is another puzzle. I came to pay for the product, but the price is not the one indicated on the website, in fact it is higher. Alexandra's manager couldn't explain it in any way, except "well, it probably didn't get attached to the dollar." Then I clarified exactly where the warehouse was, showed a photo of where we drove up, to which I received the answer "I do not know what it looks like visually." I say that I typed in the address that is listed on the website, but in fact there is a printing house there. It turns out that it's there, if anything))) But how does the manager work if he cannot answer the banal questions of the buyer?

Terrible customer service, we placed an order on the website, as a result, we were billed for 2 times more expensive! At the same time, without warning. Some delivery terms were announced, and as a result, after payment, they became different.
They refuse to send the agreement for approval. It has several legal entities, as a result, the same office. I wrote for a refund, and there is only one answer to the question when there will be a refund... When there is money, then we will return it. I'm just shocked by the approach to work. I do not recommend this office
