Just a special aesthetic. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and cleaning is done daily. The rooms have everything you need, including bathrobes and slippers. I'll start with a good one)the hotel is new, conveniently located, close to the waterfront. The rooms are large, the beds/pillows are comfortable, there is a kettle, cups, tea, glasses in the room. There is a swimming pool, small but clean. That's it. The hotel is not cheap, 4 stars! Towels- 2 per person, water in the room (in bottles) 1 time upon check-in, not a single chair in the room (the first time I see this) there are frosted glass doors in the bathroom, and inside there is a blue lamp that cannot be turned off!!! I.e. you sleep with blue light. Breakfast is very poor, cottage cheese and yoghurts standing in the sun, chechil cheese and cookies? But, in principle, you can have breakfast with a beautiful view of the sea) But all this could have been accepted if not for the stunning attitude of the staff!!! A huge heavy umbrella by the pool was torn off, and by some miracle it did not touch my colleagues. The "signor", sitting at the reception desk, came up and instead of apologizing, began to explain-why did you open the umbrella (although it was already open, no one touched it), we are not responsible for the wind, why do you even need an umbrella?to my polite address- how is it, guys, you have such a pleasant the hotel, and this attitude towards customers?? The answer is "signora" - we don't need good reviews, we're fine as it is. A curtain... Honestly, I've been to much more budget hotels in Sukhum (this is the 4th time I've been here for work), but this is the first time I've seen such staff. The owner of the hotel, though demanding, always meets you halfway. He gave us an excursion to hydrogen sulfide springs, for which I thank you very much. The hotel is in the city center, next to the embankment, where everyone walks. There is an ATM at the hotel. If you withdraw more than 3 thousand, then the commission is not charged, if less, then the commission is 150 rubles. regardless of the amount of withdrawal. The hotel staff is friendly. Everywhere in the city, you can make payments by transfer from your phone to a card, or through a terminal with Russian cards. Leon restaurant is across the street from the hotel. Have breakfast for three 1100 rubles. Dinner 2400 with beer - everything is delicious and satisfying, the portions are large. Also nearby is the dining room "New dining room", where it is cheaper to have lunch 1400 rubles (first, second and beer) for three and it is also delicious as for a dining room. We went swimming to Mocha beach - two stops from the hotel by minibus, bus (7 minutes drive), travel 15-30 rubles per person. There is a sandy and pebble beach. The beach is large, there are not many people, there are always free sun beds, but they are paid - 500 rubles. for 2 sun loungers with an umbrella for the whole day. There are bars on the beach, Wi-Fi. The water temperature was 26gr. I tried different beers, the best one is Sukhumi (150 rubles for 0.5, 80 rubles in the store). The price of fruits, oddly enough, as we have in Yekaterinburg - cherries 350 rubles / kg, this is a minus. The city itself is completely deserted (unlike Sochi, for example), except for the embankment, arboretum, beach, there is nowhere to go. But there are a lot of excursions. 1 There is a dining room , but ordinary guests are not fed in it, unless some guests arrive . During the 12 days of our stay , we were fed in the hotel dining room only three times , and then only when the choir arrived with a performance from Moscow . This hotel has an agreement with the city that all performing groups, artists or ensembles live with them - This information is from the words of the hotel manager. The rest of the days we were invited to go to the dining
room, which is a seven-minute walk away, on the next street. For our family, these morning walks were not convenient. For this reason, we had breakfast in the room, having purchased breakfast the day before.
2 Smoking on the balcony, hanging things to dry was prohibited. Although the room was purchased with a balcony for these purposes. I think this point should be reflected on the website, or indicate that the hotel is not for people with this habit. In another case, make smoking areas on each floor, and not behind the hotel garden near the river.

About the advantages:
1. We were very lucky with the helpful staff of the hotel. The receptionist Irina answered any questions we had (for example, where is it better to go for a walk, where to buy the necessary goods), solved any problems (there were no chairs in our room, kitchen appliances - a knife and forks to have a snack in the room). We also went on two amazing individual excursions with her: to Chernihiv, to the springs, to the Ritsa and to Gagra (Irina is not only an administrator, but also a wonderful guide who will tell you about the history and beauty of Abkhazia). We do not stop thanking her for her human attitude, help and hospitality!!!
2. The hotel itself cooperates with the company "Mayak-T", which provides a number of places to visit as part of a group.
3. I would also like to mention the work of the Flock administrator, who helped us with the heater (it was very humid and cold in the room on the first night of arrival).
4. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the sea, there are many places nearby (restaurants and cafes) where you can have a snack and a drink, there is also a bus stop and a beautiful promenade, a botanical garden and a monkey nursery. You can also climb Sukhumi Mountain to admire the beautiful views of Sukhum from a bird's-eye view.
5. Very nice view from the hotel, new room, clean bed linen, towels that were changed regularly. The maids work here with a bang.
6. The room itself has everything you need: a large TV with a huge selection of online cinemas for watching movies and TV series, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, cabinets and safe, stationary hair dryer, spacious beds, pillows on which you sleep like a baby after walks and excursions. There is also a tea station including a kettle, cups, spoons, tea/coffee, sugar. There are wine glasses and a corkscrew.
7. There is an ATM at the bottom near the reception where you can withdraw cash (without commission over 3000 rubles. - using the Tinkoff card).
Cons:
1. We had breakfast included, which were not provided to us. Apparently, this fact is due to the fact that we got into the off-season and no one organizes the kitchen for a couple of vacationers. The money for breakfast was returned to us, we had breakfast at the nearby Leon hotel-restaurant opposite (where they serve very tasty and hearty food from 8:30 to 11:30, we recommend it).
2. Unfortunately, the pool was not working, so we could not enjoy swimming. In the future, we hope that it will be heated and it will be possible to swim at any time of the year.
3. The lack of electricity and hot water in the period from about 13:00 to 15:00 was a little sad (in the off-season, such outages are on a permanent basis throughout Abkhazia). Moreover, in some other hotels, this problem with disconnection is solved by the presence of a generator.
4. One door in the bathroom was missing, so when we washed, we were always afraid that water would spill on the floor.
We wish prosperity and hope that in the future there will be as few shortcomings as possible. Thank you so much to all the administrative and management staff for our wonderful stay!!! We will definitely come back to enjoy this atmosphere of kindness and hospitality again!!!

2. Parking is declared, but entry to it is not provided, unless the car can overcome a high curb. But even if he overcomes it, he will not be able to leave at the moment when he needs to, because the gates of the "parking lot" will be filled with other cars.
3. There were no breakfasts, although we deliberately chose the hotel so that we could eat in the morning and go on an excursion. Breakfast is sent to the dining room, a 10-minute walk along the dusty road over the bridge. The receptionist at the hotel gave a lecture that the "new dining room of the USSR" is not a dining room, but a five-star restaurant - it's funny and sad at the same time. The dining room is a real one, where you stand in line with a tray in your hands and where poorly heated semi-finished products are served. But it's not even the quality of this dining room, but the fact that if we were planning to have breakfast in such establishments, we would rent a room in the private sector, and not book a 4* hotel with a rooftop restaurant. And yes, in this dining room you could choose food for 300 rubles per person and pay extra for the rest. It will not be possible to understand how much a particular dish costs, since there is no price list, the cashier thinks as he wants, they do not give checks. We went to this dining room once. The hotel administration refunded us the money for the remaining days for breakfast at the rate of 300 rubles per 1 person. For information, in the nearby cafe Leon, a set breakfast costs 500 rubles without a drink. Why Grand Sukhum does not cook breakfast is confused in the testimony, then allegedly the Turks failed and did not supply the equipment, then the cook escaped according to another version. It is strange that these legends are composed and broadcast to the guests by quite adult people. To avoid conflicts, it is enough to inform guests before arrival that the kitchen will not work and, if the guests are not satisfied, refund the money for accommodation so that people can choose another accommodation facility where they will rest as planned, and not as the Grand Sukhum Hotel administration sees their rest.

We had a family vacation (5 people: 2 adults, 3 children) 09.07.2024 - 07/16/2024.
The impression of the hotel was spoiled by the "cottage" in which we were able to be accommodated. We "couldn't fit into the rooms in the main building."
Unfortunately, we could not evaluate the restaurant, as it was not ready "due to lack" of equipment during our stay, we had to go to the hotel opposite ("Leon"), their restaurant is very decent, I recommend it.
We travel by our own car, so having our own private parking was very convenient. Unfortunately, local residents often parked their cars right in front of the gate, preventing free passage.
The street itself is densely parked by locals, it is difficult to leave. Sidewalks are completely blocked in places by cafes and restaurants, construction sites, and you have to go out onto the roadway.
Check-in to the hotel is very fast. The staff is friendly, responsive, and solves problems quickly.
About the "houses" by the pool (lived in No. 8):
Positive: convenient location, right in front of the pool, its own "veranda".
Negative: well, very tired furniture, very tired plumbing, sagging bathroom door (because of this, it does not close). All the walls are in the cracks between the boards, the street is glowing. On the second floor there is a window without glass. Behind the houses there is a wasteland overgrown with weeds. Local mosquitoes from the wasteland enjoyed using it at night, they ate it. The air conditioner hung up repeatedly (also very tired), I had to ask for help every time so that it would be overloaded.
Daily room cleaning, there is a change of towels.
The pool is clean, not heated, sometimes it's cool to go in, but it's a matter of taste.

Strange..and in other hotels, if you come for the second time, they give you some bonuses..But, apparently, not in Abkhazia..Oh, and the backlight, which did not turn off!In the shower, for some reason, it burned at night..It felt like you were in a morgue..Well, the cherry on the cake.Breakfast! The hotel has no parking, the hotel has no view from any side and nowhere, you can look at the trash, you can look at the neighboring hotel or the old five-story building. The hotel does not have a safe, there is no hot water in the shower and the hatch in the bathroom falls out. The bathroom also lacks a shower door.In addition, upon arrival at the hotel at the reception, a very unpleasant man, it seemed to me that I owed him something, considering you to be the scum of society, he communicates with you extremely impolitely. I ordered a room with a double bed, going into the room I saw two and a half double beds, going down to the reception, I said that the room was not the same, they told me well, move the beds and it will be easy for you to have a double bed. And in general, we increased the room category for you just like that (we gave you a room for 3 sq m more).This was not all the adventures: the room was terribly dirty: the hair was in the bathroom, on the washed cups, there was dirt on the floor, the carpet was stained. The bed linen is all dirty, stained black and yellow. We were especially pleased with the rules, which indicate not to wipe cosmetics with towels and foundation, apparently they wiped their faces on the bed.

The main disadvantage is the lack of breakfast in the hotel itself, which is not mentioned when booking this hotel, we were offered to go to the dining room 15 minutes on foot with a one-year-old child, the dining room so that you understand the cheapest and called the USSR, why such disrespect for the guests why couldn't you choose a cafe that corresponds to their concept?! The answer is greed and treating your guests like pigs! In response to the refusal to eat in the dining room, we were offered a refund of 300 rubles for an adult and 150 rubles for two children, i.e. for such an amount they consider it possible to eat! I would like to change the manager, he behaves very ugly, in this situation, this gentleman threatened to evict us, since we do not agree with the refund amount! Conflicts are not being resolved, but only getting worse!

Отель понравился. Персонал вежливый, доброжелательный. Номера удобные, чистые. Бассейн с чистейшей водой, ухоженный. На завтрак большой выбор блюд, за 10 дней не приелось. Были замечания - за сутки до вселения поменяли номер с полноценным балконом на номер с тремя французскими балконами. Это расстоило. При вселении отсутствовал пульт конденционера, искали несколько часов, а на улице +37°С - было тяжело. Не каждый день оставляют бутилированную питьевую воду в номере (хотя может и не должны - не выяснял).
Пляж недалеко 400 - 700 метров. Магазины и кафе в пешей доступности. Рядом набережная.

Breakfast for four and the kitchen staff talks through their teeth plus it won't hurt to sign some positions with juices, so it's absolutely necessary to do it.
Breakfast is from 9 to 10 if you come closer to 10, then you will either have to sit in the sun or clean up the dishes for someone, since the staff apparently does not clean the tables at all!

We rested with a friend for a week in early May, chose a hotel through a tour operator, because of the very convenient location, beautiful rooms and good reviews. The hotel is not cheap, but I really wanted comfort and safety. But the hotel manager has set his own rules for staying at this hotel. It turned out that the guests should sleep, walk until 00:00 if later, the doors will be closed. Moreover, there were a lot of empty rooms in the hotel, we did not meet any delegations in 5 days. As a result, we moved to another hotel at night, and the manager himself suggested it, after we told him that we might come after 00:00. This hotel is several levels below the Grand Hotel and no one has returned the difference in money to us.
If it weren't for the beautiful nature of Abkhazia, the sincere, helpful locals, the rest would have been ruined. Choose a hotel wisely, for such money the service is 0, there was no breakfast, which we were not warned about, the declared heated pool did not work.
There was also a bat in the room, which was removed the second time.

Неоднозначное впечатление. Очень недешевый отель. Позиционируется, как один из лучших. Но за эти деньги хочется большего ) Номера неплохие, видно, что все подобрано со вкусом, как мне показалось достаточно новое, но уже нужен косметический ремонт (на одной из стенок облупилась штукатурка). Матовые/прозрачные (у нас было два номера) стенки ванны и туалета - это конечно перебор (замысел, честно говоря, непонятен). Бассейн нужно почистить (сверху из окна видно зеленое цветение). Завтраки откровенно не понравились (элементарно не нашел яичницу), отсутствуют кондиционеры, прозрачные потолки нагреваются от солнца. Персонал причинный и вежливый.

Всем чудесного дня! Отдыхали в отеле с 01 по 11 августа 2023 года, вот уже неделю как дома, и каждый день мечтаю вернуться обратно в беззаботное, спокойное, красивое место! Отель прекрасный! Светлый, просторный, чистый, красивый! Не хватает в холле лобби бара, он прям просится в это пространство! Но, мне сказали, что отель новый, работает второй сезон, и бар уже запланирован! Отель имеет просторные номера, с французскими окнами и балконом, это один из плюсов, по которым мы выбираем отели, размер. На балконе два стула и стол. Окна нашего номера выходили на бассейн. В самом номере есть все необходимое: большой телевизор, огромная кровать с великолепным матрасом - это второй плюс, по которому выбираем отель; сейф, холодильник, шкаф, тумбочки. В номере удобные ванные комнаты со всеми необходимыми принадлежностями. Очень понравилось белоснежное белье на кровати, мягкие подушки. Спала, сном младенца)))) уборка в номере ежедневная и по требованию. Очень уютно. Понравились нам завтраки. Стабильно, вкусно, сытно: помидоры, огурцы, дыня, арбуз, персики, яблоки, сливы, сыр, колбаса, сосиски, омлет, глазунья, варёные яйца, йогурты, сметана, творог, вареники с творогом, салат с капустой, два вида каш, блинчики с мясом и творогом, овощи тушёные, варенье вишнёвое и смородиновое, соки, морсы, чай, кофе, молоко, хлопья, хлеб, масло выпечка. Объясню почему расписываю. Многие ожидают турецкий All . Его здесь нет. Но есть все, что, как правило, кушает как взрослый человек, так и ребёнок. Еды хватало всем. Отель большой, но за счёт просторных номеров, их количество не велико, и толпы народа в отеле нет, поэтому всегда хватало мест , как в ресторане, так и шезлонгов у бассейна. И это ещё один огромный плюс, отель подходит для спокойного отдыха, как с детьми, так и без. Относитнльно ресторана, как я сказала вкусно все, за вареники с творогом и вишневым вареньем отдельное спасибо.🥰 Но! Есть недоработка. На балконе у столиков желательно сделать или навес, или поставить зонтики. Ведь вкушать пищу так приятно сидя на балконе и в то же время в тенечке))) а утреннее солнышко не дает возможности насладиться этим в полной мере. Также нужно больше вентиляторов в самом ресторане. Спасибо поворам!
Отдельное внимание в отеле уделено правилам поведения проживающих, что является дополнительной гарантией безопасности.
Решение вопросов на высоком уровне. Здесь я хочу поблагодарить Маргариту администратора, за чуткость, внимание и быстрое решение вопросов. Спасибо. Заселились быстро, когда мы выезжали нужно было задержаться на час, что нам позволили, а также предоставили возможность принять душ после моря в коттедже, расположенном на территории. О котеджах, на сколько я поняла, они сейчас не сдаются, но эти постройки превносят свой колорит, и могут служить гостям местом временного размещения: приехали, пока готовят номер, можно поставить чемодан и переодеться, и идти на море, так что это своеобразная палочка выручалочка, для отеля, и изюминка. Так же и на выезде из отеля, номер сдал, разместился в коттедже. Для гостей отеля желательно это сделать бесплатным.
Бассейн: большой, чистый, есть зона для деток, включают по вечерам джакузи и фонтанчики, вода тёплая, слышала , что в зимний период воду подозревают. Вдоль периметра стоят лежаки и зонтики, и есть мини сад. Очень уютная и красивая территория. Ещё один плюс - расположение отеля. Налево пойдешь через минуту набережную найдёшь, красивую, широкую, с ресторанами, парком, эвкалиптами (воздух - это отдельная тема, которой я наслаждалась в Абхазии). Направо пойдешь к пляжам придешь. Рядом с отелем пляжи санатория "Страна души", МВО, в 2,5 км Мокко пляж. Рядом с отелем есть магазины, рестораны, кафе, недалеко от отеля ботанический сад. В отеле могут предложить экскурсии.
Об Абхазии. Страна души, так её называют, и она оправдывает свое имя! Красивая, гостеприимная, добрая! Сухум❤️❤️❤️ в сердце навсегда. Я много путешествую. И могу смело сказать, что вернусь в Абхазию, ведь я столько здесь ещё не увидела. А то, что посмотрела, хочу посетить ещё раз.

Замечательный отель на набережной в центре Сухума, открылся совсем недавно. Просторные, стильные номера, с большими кроватями. С балкона открывается живописный вид на море, реку и горы. Смена полотенец и уборка ежедневная (по запросу). Шикарный бассейн с подогревом под открытым небом, с подсветкой, гидромассажем и фонтанчиками. Если подняться на лифте на шестой этаж в ресторан - открывается панорамный вид на Сухум: море, горы, город. И кормят вкусными завтраками) Персонал приветливый, всегда подскажут и помогут. Пожалуй это лучший отель, ничего подобного уровня в Абхазии нет! Рекомендую!

And now about the interesting thing:
The hotel has a chic rooftop restaurant, all in white tiles and with a beautiful view of the city and a piece of the sea. It WOULD BE a great pleasure to eat there, but it did not work, allegedly the Turks did not bring equipment 😂
However, one day, we went up to this restaurant in the evening just to look at the city and saw that the whole kitchen was working perfectly and the locals, obviously the hotel workers, or the owner, were eating, there were 6 people and everything was perfectly set for them :) everything was prepared and everything worked.
Well, there were few vacationers in the hotel, apparently because of this, it is not profitable for the hotel to hire a permanent cook, waiters, etc. This is to be expected, because the hotel is under arrest (400 million) and a lawsuit is underway)) The owner is greedy. We pay 18k a day and we are not provided with the promised breakfast. In principle, the hotel was chosen in favor of breakfast, but they were very mistaken.
Instead, they are sent to the "new dining room" (which is a 15-minute walk(!) from the hotel for a second) and it is hard to walk in the heat. At the same time, breakfast is only 300 rubles 😂 this is carefully monitored and forced to pay extra if God forbid you took more.
There are no questions about the rooms, the maids are probably the best thing in this hotel.
And, even after 1:00 a.m. you will not be allowed into the hotel, these are the rules))) This is ridiculous. I'll attach their rules. Girls need to walk covered, roughly speaking with their heads down. Any eye contact with the opposite sex will be regarded as an invitation to get acquainted.
It is also forbidden to drink at the hotel, and you cannot swim in the pool at night. You can't drink or eat by the pool. Nothing is allowed, you will not feel freedom here.
The owner has a fat minus and shame for ruining such a beautiful hotel with his attitude and greed. In principle, karma has already arrived for him)) Since the hotel is under arrest

Классное место! Номера чистые новые, ресторан на 6 этаже с панорамным видом. Завтраки вкусные, персонал приветливый. Отель сам по себе красивый , как внутри так и снаружи! Бассейн хороший. В холле отеля есть банкомат. Мы снимали рубли без процентов и проблем )) Расположение отличное! Набережная в нескольких минутах, но при этом тихо, улица отеля перекрыта шлагбаумами. Ресторан напротив , как мы поняли модное место, но это не мешает , нет ни музыки, ни ора, хотя окна нашего номера выходили именно на него. Мы были с 25.07 по 02.08.22, нам все понравилось. Приедем снова! Рекомендую!

Отдыхаем сейчас в отеле, отель действительно хороший, но есть очень важное НО, «подогреваемый бассейн» работает не круглый год, или просто нам так повезло, сотрудники отеля сказали, что если включить подогрев, то вода будет 3 дня только нагреваться. Очень обидно, выбирали его именно из-за бассейна.
Заранее с отелем связывались, но никто не предупредил, что бассейн не будет работать.
Помимо этого нам ещё и предоставили не тот номер (стандарт вместо улучшенного стандарта), который мы бронировали. Так как бронь осуществлялась через Вотсапп, то вся информация в переписке сохранена, но на ресепшене при заселении сказали, что «у нас все номера улучшенные», а по факту на сайте есть градация номеров и улучшенный стандарт отличается от обычного стандарта наличием полноценного балкона.
О самом отеле. Расположение, комфорт отеля, интерьер, персонал, действительно хорошие. Современный ремонт, чистые номера, есть кондиционер, теплый пол в ванной, вся техника в номере работает, предоставляют чай, кофе, воду, ванные принадлежности. Меняют полотенца и делают уборку.
Так как в отеле отдыхали только мы, то довелось пообщаться с владельцем, очень приятный человек, советовал достопримечательности, рестораны и интересные места.

Современный отель европейского уровня. Новые, чистые номера, уборка каждый день. Разнообразные завтраки на крыше с шикарным видом. Отзывчивый персонал. Когда мы заехали, только только открылись, номера не были полностью укомплектованы, но очень оперативно принесли все, что нам было необходимо. Рядом два лучших ресторана Сухума, набережная, однако в номерах тихо, ничто не мешает спокойному отдыху. Чистый, теплый бассейн, много лежаков, всем хватит места

Отель новый. Нам понравился и расположение удачное, все рядом. Единственное, что не понравилось, так это завтраки на панорамной крыше: ешь и истекаешь потом😂 мечтаешь поскорей свалить в номер. Лучше выбрать номер с видом на город и большим балконом, тогда солнце вас не испепелит

Отдыхали 10 дней в сентябре 2023.
2 звезды только за внешнее составляющее отеля, да и то, учитывая недолгую эксплуатацию отеля, странно видеть на стенах трещины, мерцающие лампочки, запах канализации в номерах и т.д.
А теперь минусы:
1)Огромный минус - это завтраки! Учитывая, что отель считается одним из лучших в Абхазии, столь грустное меню и тем более не меняющееся на протяжении 10 дней, было большим удивлением и разочарованием. Овсянные хлопья залитые кипятком без соли и сахара, больше похожее на непонятную жижу, чем на кашу. Полуфабрикаты (блины с сыром, пельмени и тд) из раза в раз перепеченные и безвкусные! Десерты (каменные печенья), которые никто не ест и при этом персонал даже не думает их убирать;
2) Отель совершенно не присоблен для размещения детей возрастом до 5 лет. Нет ни детских стульев, ни подогреваемого бассейна (при том что вода в бассейне всегда холодная) , ни детских уголков. При этом удивительно, что по заселению на рецепшне нам с улыбкой сказали, что это лучший отель в Абхазии для отдыха с детками.
3) Запасайтесь медикаментами, тк в случае чего аптечки в отеле также нету от слова совсем, почему так, я сам очень удивлен...
4) воды в отеле питьевой также нет, при заселении 2 бутылочки 0.5 и дальше пейте из под крана либо кипяченную. Приходилось каждый день закупаться питьевой водой в супермаркетах, т.к. кулера также в отеле не найти.
5) и последнее, отношение персонала (за исключением уборщиц - они большие молодцы, добродушные и всегда помогут если обратиться) прям удручающее. Не спросят как отдыхается, по отъезду только грустное "до свидания", ни "как отдохнули" , ни "все ли вам понравилось" и т.д. Отель добротой и вниманием явно не блещет. Хотя понять их наверное можно, ведь каждый день при отдыхающих их "песочит" по поводу и без повода толи управляющий/толи директор отеля (так до конца и не поняли).
Вот такой для нас предстал Гранд отель Сухум 4 звезды...

Пожалуй, лучший отель в городе! Совершенно новый, комфортный, рекомендованный всеми жителями) Сумасшедшие закаты с террасы ресторана, милый бассейн, приветливый Управляющий! Были приятно удивлены за «те же деньги» предоставили вместо комфорта номер Делюкс 👌

Новый отель в центре Сухума. 5 минут до пляжа и набережной. Вокруг много ресторанов и магазинов. С большими номерами от 25 м2. Номера чистые. Персонал приветливый, уборка ежедневная номеров. Завтрак шведский стол. Бассейн с подогревом. Очень понравился отель.

Мы попали к вам в не сезон в феврале 2023 года и этому очень были рады) людей немного и так получилось душевно у вас отдохнуть) номера отличные, постельное белье и матросы, подушки удобные, как дома спалось😍 отдельную благодарность хотелось сказать администратору Маргарите, такой профессионализм присущи менеджерам только в крупных городах России, где клиентоориентированность важная задача работы отелей🙏🙏🙏🙏

Первое приятное впечатление получили от интерьера. Ресторан, работающий для завтрака (6 -ой застеклённый этаж), - то волшебное и настраивающее с самого утра на нужный туристический лад. Все в этом месте и рядом красиво, а огромные окна позволяют рассмотреть прекрасные виды. Сами же номера оформлены в достаточно сдержанном стиле, что радует.
Местоположение этого чудесного белого здания тоже приятно удивило, потому что рядом два пляжа, великолепная набережная, зелёные парки, огромное количество самых разных кафе, ресторанов, магазинчиков.
Не разочаровал и сервис: на ресепшене были всегда добрые и отзывчивые работники, готовые подсказать и помочь, завтраком руководили самые трудолюбивые и шустрые девушки, быстро убирающие грязную посуду и добавляющие новые блюда, горничные же очищали номера так незаметно, что мы сначала не знали о каждодневной уборке, эти пчелки так же следили за чистотой белоснежный приятных полотенец и нежнейшего белья.
Спасибо персоналу за чудесный отдых!

Отель однозначно претендует на звание одного из лучших отелей Сухума. Отдыхали в июне 2022. Подогреваемый бассейн с отделениями гидромассажа, с двумя детскими зонами. В номерах есть все необходимое, чисто, комфортно. Хорошие завтраки в ресторане отеля на 6 этаже с панорамным видом на море и город. Отель понравился, однозначно рекомендую.

Самый свежий отель!) есть небольшие минусики, такие , как:
-отсутствие сейфа в номерах
-не во всех номерах есть холодильники,
( но думаю все в скором времени наладят)

Отдыхали в августе 2022 года, поехали в Сухум случайно, по причине моей глупости (просрочился заграник, а я и не знал). Были приятно удивлены.Отель свежий, местами на столько, что аж не доделан)) но это не страшно, во всей Абхазии отелей похожего уровня по пальцам пересчитать. Отличные, качественные номера,по площади более чем достаточно на двоих. Хорошая шведка на завтрак, не большая, но все есть, все вкусно, сам завтрак проходит на 6 этаже с панорамой на город и море, что огромной плюс. Территория маленькая, но ухоженная , до набережной рукой подать, до центра тоже, расположение отличное, одним словом. На ресепе малейшие девушки, персонал старается, но вопросы все же есть, их мы озвучили в отеле, тут писать их бесполезно. Пять звёзд ставим с заделом на будущее, если отель по всем фронтам довести до ума и провести качественную работу с персоналом, это будет один из лучших отелей Абхазии. (П.С. отель найти почти не возможно, в инсте он подписан как grand.sukhum.hotel, в конце official по моему. Актуальные фото смотрите на сайте интурист или алеан, они соответствуют действительности)

Это отель, в котором работает пока вся семья владельца. Персонал очень старается угодить. К сожалению, в номере не работала ни одна розетка, вызывали мастера, он вроде сделал и ушел. Вечером включили фен- розетка снова не работает. Ванна и туалет зачем- то огорожены абсолютно прозрачным стеклом. И как шторкой не прикрывайся, все равно виден человек внутри. Если это 2 посторонних человека в номере…, думайте сами, какой абсурд.
Еда в отеле очень простая, но вкусная, продукты, фрукты и зелень качественные, с рынка.
