A great hotel with good service, responsive Russian-speaking staff and wonderful views of the mountains and the city! The rooms are new and well furnished. I stayed at the hotel in connection with a business trip and, in comparison with other hotels, according to colleagues, the Grand House has the best breakfasts: a delicious and varied buffet. Special thanks to the always friendly chef for this!
Due to the early departure from the hotel (at 6 a.m.), breakfast was kindly prepared for us on the way

Гостиничный комплекс включает в себя 18 номеров, ресторан, бар, сауну и крытый бассейн (круглогодичные), 2 открытых бассейна (работают в летний сезон), фруктовый сад, частная бесплатная парковка, банкетный зал с панорамным видом на бассейны и горы. И САМОЕ ГЛАВНОЕ - ЗИПЛАЙН. Один из самых длинных в регионе, около 1700 метров полета! Просто Вау.
Это место стоит посетить!

Самый лучший отель в Капане и Каджаране. Отличные номера на любой вкус, хороший повар, очень внимательный персонал и самые гостеприимные хозяева Давид и Аревик. Рекомендую останавливаться как во время командировки, так и во время самостоятельного отдыха, а также с семьёй.

Ездили в августе летать на зиплайне и остаться на ночь в городе. Полетом очень дрвольны, впечатлений море! Номера чистые, просторные, еда супер вкусная и все свежее. Большое спасибо персоналу гостиницы. Хотим приехать еще раз но в середине лета чтобы подольше отдохнуть, подняться в горы

Thanks to the staff for the organized rest: we went for three days - the first day we rested - the pool dinner, the second day we flew on a ZIPLINE (it's just kaaaaife) and took a walk in the city, on the third day we went on a picnic on an ATV in the mountains. We are very happy , if we come again, we will climb the Hill, we need to allocate at least 2 days for it
