I bet 5, the location is great, the staff is very attentive, the rink is great, and the atmosphere is good) but!!!! There is a pain, but!!! The breakfasts are absolutely not delicious, and it's not that there is no fish, as they say in other reviews, there is no meat, there is nothing hot at all, but what is absolutely tasteless, there is a huge queue for egg dishes. The coffee is tasteless too.... The only advantage of breakfast is fresh fruit, there is even a pomegranate)))

One of the best hotels in Istanbul. We stayed for a few days. The service, the food, the attitude of the employees are at a high level, the first time we were with a child, he was greeted everywhere as a native (the attitude of Turks to children is something cosmic). The reception staff is not very friendly. It was like talking to a border guard at an airport. The breakfasts are wonderful. Lots of vegetables, fruits, yoghurts, meat and cheese cuts. The location of the hotel is good. Gezi Park is nearby, and Taksim is 5 minutes away. And the Dolmabahce embankment is very close.

A fairly old hotel, rather 4* than 5*.
Strong audibility in the rooms, a very uncomfortable bed with a bump in the middle and bad pillows. The rooms are poorly cleaned, we have not had the remains of a fruit plate removed at the entrance for three days. Water and shower supplies are replenished only after a request and a call to the reception.
The breakfasts are terrible, it's the same every day. The fruits are just terrible, the watermelon looks like someone brought it before you, plus it tasted like it was already sour.
One of the advantages is the excellent location and a wonderful outdoor pool.
In general, the standard 5* in Turkey...

I have been to Istanbul many times, both for work and on vacation. A full review of the hotel is available on Tatiana Oblakova's YouTube channel. Good breakfast, big room. Excellent location, near Taksim-central square. In the other direction, 5-10 minutes on foot-the Bosphorus. Sultanahmet, the historical center, is a 35-40 minute walk away, through shopping streets and shops. I recommend the hotel as a person who has been working in tourism for almost 20 years. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and 4 days. 2 adults and a child 1 year old. The hotel is tired. Does not match 5 stars. The rooms are old, it smells damp, the cleaning is disgusting. They don't want to do anything without a tip. Breakfasts are also weak. We expected more from the hotel. We went to a restaurant for dinner. The prices are space, not delicious.A complete disappointment.

The hotel is good, but it doesn't look like a 5-star hotel. The pool is only open until 7 pm. The hammam is only on request, the bathhouse is small and there is not even a font or cold water. The room cards are constantly being blunted. The beds are very nice and comfortable, there are rooms for smokers. A deposit of $ 100 upon arrival. And most importantly, do not take anything from the minibar. Even if you took out the drink and put it back in place, the sensor will read it and you will be billed. The price tag is too high for this level. It's not worth it.
