Excellent breakfasts, staff, clean, located in a convenient location. Near the metro, tram, many attractions. One of the disadvantages is the elevator by card, you can only go up and down from your own and to your own floor. And if you're a company and you're on different ones?!

I liked the hotel, it was very clean, pleasant service, decent breakfasts and very tasty cafes in front of the hotel, where they cook very tasty meat.
The very center, everything is nearby, shops, pharmacies, the embankment, but prices are higher than the average in Istanbul because of the location. I recommend

The location of the hotel is top-notch, I don't even know which location could be better. Galata Bridge is a 5-minute walk away, the Egyptian Bazaar is 3 minutes away, the Suleimani Mosque is 12 minutes away, Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque are 15 minutes away. It is located in the center of events in the old streets.
The hotel itself is clean and cozy. The staff is beyond praise, the guys at the reception, everything is great. The maids and the maid are wonderful. I definitely recommend anyone who wants to visit the sights of the Fatih district, take a ferry somewhere (also nearby 5 minutes on foot), and the metro is also a 3-minute walk away.
