I signed up for a haircut and hair coloring in about two weeks, probably at a convenient time for myself. As a result, on the day when I have to go, the administrator calls me back and says that my master is ill. I understand everything, people are sick, etc., but why didn't they offer another replacement option for this day? They offered me a time that was not convenient for me at all on another day, without, for example, making a discount for the inconvenience for me!!!! And in the end, I was even able to sign up for the nearest hairdresser at home only after 1.5 weeks! What can I say spring! Everything is being updated, and in the end I have to wait again! In general, I do not recommend it if you always want to be beautiful!

Now to the cons:
This is not my first visit. Maybe I just made a mistake with the master, or with the salon. To be judged by those who will read. And I've drawn my own conclusions.
Let's move on to my last visit. My hair was almost shoulder-length and not the healthiest (I got it wrong more than once). Therefore, it was decided to temporarily go with a shorter haircut. I showed the stylist a 360-degree video of the hairstyle (where everything was clearly visible what to do and how to do it) and he got to work, but with a quibble that the haircut was female (It is worth noting that I chose a haircut that was not female, but unfortunately ...). When asked what length we leave behind, I replied - see for yourself. I didn't mention the video, because the stylist watched it several times and should already understand approximately how everything will look. After that, I relaxed and just rested with my eyes closed. But that was not the case. The stylist removed the entire length from the back, although the reference at least covered the neck. Okay, I was wrong, we are all human (it is very interesting how he did it). But then it was more interesting. Fringe. He left it just below the middle of the forehead, although it should have been below the eyebrows. I don't know what this is about, maybe I wanted to, or maybe because I cut off my hair when it was wet - along the line, somewhere just below the middle of the forehead. At that moment, I already realized something was clearly wrong. The scissors touch my forehead and I can't feel the hair from behind. It wasn't even the beginning of the end anymore. And I started monitoring the work only at that moment (a fatal mistake). We needed a supply - they will dry out later and will lie in a different way. The rest of the hair length is not bad, it will do. After seeing the final result in the mirror, well, to say that I was disappointed is to say nothing. There is nothing left of the reference at all. Except for the fact of having hair.
Summing up the results of my unsuccessful campaign, I can say that it is a complete failure. I came for one haircut, and they gave me a completely different one. Thank you (no). The stylist could ask more questions and not do as he wanted. And ask for controversial points (The same length of hair at the back - to show how much he plans to leave, and not cut everything off at once). Apparently he decided to choose a new haircut for me. One star just for cutting off unhealthy hair.
And those of you who have read to the end and still decide to come here - hammer into the employee's head what you want, how you want it, and follow their work.
