The first time I was at this clinic, I signed up for the "SPECIAL" complex, first I thought that I would go through everything in one day, then the next time I had a consultation, as a result, they didn't do everything for me in one day, since the gynecologist only sees on Sunday and breast ultrasound is not done on that day, about No one warned me! Secondly, the most unpleasant thing is that I paid the amount on the first visit and then on the second, where I was told that the entire complex had been paid for, since the receipt contained services that were not provided to me (colcoscopy and a second gynecologist appointment). When I went to see a gynecologist again, they already told me at the checkout that I still owed more than 100 rubles, I was shocked, because I didn't take any money with me (I was sure that everything was paid for), they began to believe that they had conducted tests that were not included in the complex, and I didn't count them the previous time, in general, I was very surprised!!! I started to recalculate the debt again, it turned out to be 40 rubles, in general, it was the first time and the last, I decided to go here, because it's close to home! There is no organization and work with clients, there is not a pleasant aftertaste, the feeling that people do not know what to do and what to count (unfortunately, I did not even save the checks. I didn't think this could happen!)I'm definitely not coming back here!
