In 2011, he purchased a Liebherr refrigerator in the 21st century. A couple of weeks ago (after 9 years) I noticed that the freezer does not freeze. I noticed that the back wall was swollen inside. I contacted Gravtech describing the problem, suggesting that most likely the frion had leaked out inside the case and the refrigerator was beyond repair. The company's specialist offered to send a repair engineer Nikolai. By that time, after reading the reviews, I was somewhat confused, as I did not expect anything good. But fortunately, after examining the refrigerator, the engineer confirmed my suspicions and issued an inspection certificate (cost 25 rubles) with which I applied to Gravtech with a request to replace the broken refrigerator with a new one. After reviewing my documents, the specialists agreed to satisfy my request by offering to replace my broken refrigerator with a similar new one with better characteristics. At the agreed time, the broken refrigerator was replaced with a new one for free, and a 3-year warranty card was issued. Thanks for the promptness!

We tried to repair the Liebherr refrigerator at Gravtech. It was a fatal mistake. If the refrigerator could still be repaired before the repair, now after the would-be repairmen climbed there, the repair is already difficult.
I'm just sick of one name, Nikolai, who promised to repair the refrigerator (after all, I studied this in Germany), he said so. He learned to lie in Germany. People don't contact Gravtech, there are no decent people there and they don't give a damn about anyone, including themselves. If it wasn't like that, I wouldn't be writing this right now. Better buy a new refrigerator of a different brand and never mess with these

Do not buy a Liebherr from a Gravitech supplier - They make a false diagnosis in order not to return the money. For 5 years, 2 refrigerators, the 1st one broke down every half a year. I wanted to return the money, because I managed to prove that they did illegal work during the repair and modified it. They persuaded me to change it to another one, referring to the fact that only I have this problem, and the refrigerators are super! since the refrigerator itself suited me, I agreed on my head. Now the 2nd one is also breaking down . the first breakdown occurred after 6 months, after the first repair, it worked for only 4 months. They refuse to return the money. They wrote another reason for the breakdown, referring to the law on consumer protection. And so I think it will continue for another 10 years, each time they will write a different reason.
