I visited this legendary place yesterday. Before that, of course, I read the reviews and set myself up that it would be very difficult. To my great surprise, everything went as smoothly as possible. I don't know if I was so lucky or if people who write negative reviews were unlucky. I had an appointment for a Greek visa at 13:00. At 13: 07 I was already at the window and submitted the documents. Of course, there were some incidents. They found an error in my profile and warned me that they could fix it themselves, but this is a paid service. I agreed, because it was the first time I was dealing with the visa application center and I was afraid that I would mess up even more. And only then did I find out the price of this service and, to put it mildly, I was stunned, standing at the cash register.I was also struck by the cost of the message that arrives the day before the passport is delivered to the house. In my opinion, 9 rubles is a bit much. That's why I took off one star. As for the staff, I have no complaints at all. I had a chance to talk with 5 employees during this time. All the girls behaved as correctly and kindly as possible. If I had any questions, they calmly answered and helped me sort out the paperwork. Thanks a lot to them for that. I was very worried and stupid a lot
😋 At 13: 57 I left the VC. The whole thing took me an hour. Including biometrics, running to the ATM (because payment is made only in cash), insurance registration and the very submission of documents.
I think it all depends on your attitude towards employees. If you smile, treat employees politely and with understanding, then you will be treated accordingly. I will be waiting for the coveted envelope. Good luck to everyone in getting a visa!

Very long and brazenly
No matter how much she asked to refuse courier delivery, the girl lied from time to time looking into her eyes and said that there was no other way
—--
UPD: I paid 8p for SMS notifications, as a result, none came (the phone number is correct)
+ the girl in the VC convinced me to take express delivery (35p), allegedly she comes day after day, as a result: at 10 a.m. I received an email that the VC handed over the passport for delivery, delivery to This day has not been implemented. The girl lied here too; after clarifying at the autolight call center, it turns out that they have express delivery the next day (actually like regular delivery, which costs 20p)

I hope this review will help you, and you will not be deceived by the employees of the VC

Tips at the bottom of the review!
The purpose of the visa application center is to withdraw as much money from you as possible by any means. The attitude is as if it is not you who are paying them, but they are paying you. They try to take money for everything – copies, SMS, courier, registration of questionnaires (5 minutes of work, 19 rubles), photos. All your documents are initially considered incorrect, and you need to prove that they are correct. The requirements of different managers are also different.
Tips:
Check the questionnaires carefully. Any inaccuracy and you will be sent to redo.
Fill out the questionnaire through the website. They find fault with everything, including the date format.
The place of residence must be indicated in full.
The surname, even if it has not changed, is indicated twice.
Prepare your email username and password. There is a computer in front of the cash register where you can edit the questionnaire and print it out (for now it is free).
You need to have 2 copies of your passport with you (1 copy – all filled pages, 1 more copy – pages 31-33). Otherwise, an additional photocopy will cost 1 ruble per 1 page.
Sign up earlier (for one person up to 4 hours). They may refuse to continue working with your documents due to the end of the working day (much in advance).
When asked about the photo, do you have it yesterday or will you redo it from them for an additional fee.
Sometimes the main one is indicated in which there is a maximum of days, in another there was no such thing and a questionnaire was accepted indicating all places of stay. You can make 2 versions of the questionnaire for this case.
Bring wet and dry fingerprinting wipes with you. You will be given government money only as a last resort, and they also offer to wipe your hands on your clothes.
SMS alerts are set by default. You can insist and refuse, but it is not a fact that this will increase your chances of obtaining a visa.
The courier can be accepted by another person. (the courier doesn't even look at your photocopy).
Take water with you (there is nowhere to buy it)
The insurance must be fresh and valid for a year. They will also be accepted under the mood with a shorter period or not.
