Довольно приличный торговый центр. Я, правда, чаще сюда приезжаю за мороженым "Птичье молоко". Но и другими продуктами иногда закупаюсь. Выбор колбасок для барбекю неплохой, но на разный вкус. Однажды приехал за мороженым, а термопакет забыл дома, однако в магазине таких пакетов не нашлось, даже в прожаже. Что неприятно удивило. Если руководство магазина читает отзывы, то просьба: добавьте в ассортимент товара термопакеты.

Гипермаркет в торговом центре кристалл. Большая площадь.
Огромный ассортимент, хозтовары, мелкая бытовая техника, товары для детей, собственная кулинария (выпечка, салаты, мясо, пицца, пирожные и торты). Здесь можно самим приготовить кофе, свежевыжатый сок.
Цены выше средних.
Мало касс.
Большая парковка.

Хороший магазин . Огромный выбор товаров. Большая площадь. Чистота, красота. Можно найти все, что угодно в обычные не предпраздничные дни) Перед праздником Пасхи не было мяса для отбивных, что меня огорчило.
И ещё несколько моментов. Работники не всегда следят за ценниками. Пару раз на ценнике одно, а на кассе другое. Объясняли, что другая партия и не успели поменять. Так что уважаемые покупатели, проверяйте чеки) и всем добра!

Огромнейший выбор качественных товаров ,персонал всегда подскажет и покажет,в магазине всегда есть скидки и акции, на кассах очередей нет, всегда открыто много касс, работают очень быстро и без ошибок ,задержек совсем нет. Очень удобное расположение , огромная парковка возле магазина.

Любимый магазин. Всего в Гомеле 3 магазина этой торговой марки. Именно в ТЦ Кристалл самый приятный из всех. Из плюсов могу отметить то, что всегда аккуратная выкладка, всегда чисто и очень приятно там находиться. Из минусов это цена, данная сеть магазинов имеет завышенный ценник.

I called the administrator (Olesya Alexandrovna Goncharova). At first, I watched for 3 minutes as she talked with a colleague sitting in her seat, not paying attention to the cash registers at all. After he called loudly, he deigned to come up and confirm his age.
I also had caviar with an anti-cap, I said that I would have to take it off. After that, the receptionist said OK, and just retired back to the info center to sell cigarettes to other customers.
As a result, I stood and waited at the fast self-service checkout for about 10 minutes. While this person deigns to explain that I have to take off the anti-cap myself at the info center. Moreover, it was done in a boorish tone: "Come and take it off yourself, everyone does it" - and you are supposedly so stupid.
To the questions why there are no assistants at the cash registers confirming the age, and why I have to wait longer than at a regular cash register, the answer is I'm not to blame, we don't have people, everyone is on sick leave and so on. Complete rejection of any responsibility, and shifting it to others.
Instead of explaining the rules of operation of self-service ticket offices normally and politely, they just got rude and spoiled my mood. And they also reproached me, saying that I am the only one who does not know how to do it. Despite the fact that I often take goods of this type, there have never been such problems before. Specialists quickly approached, quickly confirmed the age, and quickly removed the anti-caps.
The store's bosses are greedy and greedy people who have cut wages to a minimum, and require one person to work for two. This is reflected in the form of disgusting service and rudeness of customers. Employees know that there will be no sanctions against them, so they allow themselves to have fun with customers.
I wrote several times in a complaint book - persistent ignoring of the above, only some formal replies with lies, they say it has been corrected. Although in fact nothing has been fixed. There is a lot of delay on the shelves, disgusting service. There is a shortage of staff, the staff is completed by 40-50% of the required 100%. Total savings on everything to the detriment of the quality of the service and customers.
I will be sincerely glad when Euroopt comes to this place instead of Green.

Огромный выбор товаров, которых в других магазинах вы можете не найти. По качеству пока претензий нет. Постоянно здесь покупаем мясную продукцию (свинина, говядина, курица), т. к. всегда мясо свежее, вкусное и нет неприятного запаха. Скидок не очень много, либо незначительные. Хотелось бы больше. Касс работает много, очередей практически нет. В целом красивый, большой, светлый гипермаркет на любой вкус и кошелёк.

Вот и в этот раз купил ребёнку грибочки в корзинке, она сразу начала есть, съела буквально верхушку и говорит больше не хочет, решил попробовать почему
И реально это есть не возможно, просто взбитый сахар
Надеюсь, что пересморят рецептуру
Поскольку я просто выбросил эти грибочки
