Make more storage rooms (during rush hour you have to stand for a long time and wait until the next cell is free), 2. Make an entrance to the hall from Mstislavets Street. Otherwise, you will leave the bag (if you are lucky) on the back side, and the carts and baskets are only near the main entrance.
