There are no questions about the assortment itself. I've never met a delay or a stone baking, but there are some moments that I don't want to go back. I was standing at the checkout, three cockroaches were running right next to chewing gum, chocolates and small things, my boyfriend and I were in shock. They told the cashier, she said, "So what? there are a lot of them here"😬
Employees are angry at life, especially those who give out food by weight. In the salad department, my grandmother was cursed in front of me, who incorrectly named the name of the salad she needed, and the employee rudely answered her small requests (in the likeness of "put one kind of salad in two bags separately").
In the department with cakes and pastries by weight, an employee rudely communicated with me, and this was not the first time she was rude to me.
It would be fine if I did something bad to her. But I just asked to put a cake with a liquid filling in an additional bag so that the bag would not get wet.😬
At the cash desks, cashiers smack if I give a large bill and say that there is no change.
I understand everything, but this is your job after all. It seems that I went into a rural stall. That's exactly how employees communicate there!
I work in the service sector myself, so by nature I am not a rude or harsh person, and even more so I will not be rude. So I'm not one of the hysterics, so it's strange that employees allow themselves such an attitude towards ordinary customers🤔

One of the best store chains in Minsk, good assortment, average prices. The quality of the products is naturally higher than in the infamous Euroopt. Don't chase discounts, eat fresh food, not g... from Eureka.

The pastry is tasteless. But the cooking is good: it is always brought to taste, never came across any limp cucumbers or hair. Baking is somehow not enough
My favorite tomato buns are missing somewhere... I never compare the prices of stores. I always choose according to the assortment and convenience. But queues sometimes force you to go somewhere else.

We chose expensive chocolate, in large tiles, we had to sit down on the bottom shelf to choose. A cockroach was walking on the floor from under the shelf, to be honest, I did not immediately realize that this was a real cockroach. My husband and I stood in confusion, I stayed next to this red-haired boy to inform some employees. A woman in a uniform was passing by. I said, like, there are cockroaches walking around here. To which she received the answer "Do you think he's the only one here?" and crushed him with her foot.
Very.. the impression of the response and action remained ambiguous) And I don't know what to be surprised about: the presence of cockroaches or such responses from employees.

Parking is above ground and underground for the entire Dana Mall, many entrances, an escalator, many cafes where you can have a snack for every taste. The Crown-level Green itself, a large selection for any purse, pleases with a huge amount of imports, especially cheeses(!) and products from the health food department. An excellent store, fast service both in the hall and at the ticket offices, and their number is more than enough, I recommend. R. S. in the Dana Mall itself, there are not enough pointers where which boutique is, it would be convenient to have a list of where everything is located on each floor. Hint: the Waikiki store also has an excalator between the floors👍

For the price of a croissant with ham and cheese, you pay as for an ordinary empty one (it's a shame that such a consumer deception occurs!
