I liked the hotel itself!
The room stock is clean and tidy.
A bed with a toper, I slept super well)
The bed linen is clean, the pillows are perfect, and I've had a good night's sleep.
My daughter liked the wide window sill.
Disposable gel/shampoo is reported every day - I had everything with me, it's not so important to me.
Other accessories are available for an additional fee.
The water pressure is "walking", I would like to be stronger, but we have adapted.
The staff is friendly.
The bins are cleaned every day.
There are many Wi-Fi and TV channels.
Meals at the restaurant at the hotel "for an amateur". Breakfast for 22 bel.rub. (Coffee from a thermos, cream / milk for an additional fee; pancakes and draniki floated in oil; lettuce leaves are not fresh, rice porridge is sweet, my daughter liked it, sausage paper, and I also liked the casserole - in general, you can eat anywhere else, even in the shopping center)
I had dinner in it in the evening, and the people were also unhappy with the food (spaghetti, mashed potatoes, for example).
The hotel has its own exit to a large shopping center with a supermarket, cafes and shops, near the metro, it is convenient to get to the center.

I booked rooms for a couple of months, without prepayment, went with 4 people, lived in two in neighboring rooms, everything was fine, warm, clean, cozy, nice to be in, went down and went straight to the shopping center without going outside, very convenient. The room has a TV, refrigerator, hairdryer, shampoo, and is cleaned daily. The cooler is on the floor in the hallway. Friendly reception staff. We left at half past 6 a.m. The staff was awake, we weren't looking for anyone. A good impression of the trip in general and of the hotel in particular.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days in April 2025. Check-in without prior appointment. Payment by Mir card. The room is spacious, has a mini fridge and a TV. I was glad that the room wasn't smoky. Although the reception warned that smoking was prohibited (we do not smoke), but when we went up to the floor, there was a smell of tobacco. In the following days, either we got used to it, or the smoker moved out.There is a water cooler in the hallway.Conveniently, there is a shopping center and a subway near the hotel.

I liked the hotel in the price/quality ratio. Clean, spacious standard rooms, pleasant staff, cleaning, good furniture and linen. The hotel is located next to the ring road, not within walking distance from the center, while the metro is 5 minutes away, so there is no transport problem. The hotel building is connected to a large shopping center, which is very convenient for fans of shopping, you can go to the shopping center without going outside. Small disadvantages: windows do not open, only air conditioning, so in hot weather the room heats up quickly, because the windows are panoramic; there is no kettle in the room, and only glasses are standard from dishes, so it is not convenient to dial hot water in a cooler on the floor. I recommend the whole hotel, I would stay here again.

Green City hotel in Minsk, God willing, this hotel has 3 floors, everything else is a business center, there is no kettle (well, if you ask very much, they will give it if it is not occupied in another room) there are no slippers, no bathrobes, bring dental kits with you, instead of liquid soap in the dispenser, you can see moldy water similar to soap solution, which is unpleasant even to wash your hands with this liquid water. The same situation with the shower stall, there is the same liquid water instead of soap, surprisingly. In the shower there is a hairdryer and towels, 2 bags of shampoo and shower gel, at least something. The hair dryer has sockets not for Russian tourists (( if you have your own hair dryer, you will have to dry your hair in the hallway, because there is a Russian outlet for cleaning the room outside the toilet door.
There is a wardrobe in the room, there is no iron, as well as an ironing board. TV - political channels on TV , from entertainment stations in the local language and the sun where you can see cartoons if you have children.
There is no water in the room, there are two glasses for the cooler in the hallway. So, put on your boots (we were in winter) and your pants and go get some water.
There are no tea bags in the room, as well as cups, no sugar and coffee. All this, we were told, can be found in the studio room, and for a standard it's a luxury. It's a shame because of such small things (in the store you can buy a pack of tea from 20 tea bags for 3 rubles, which translates to 96 rubles in Russian rubles) and pasta for 5.50 rubles (which translates into Russian to 176 rubles) why can't we take this into account and please our guests with a comfortable stay? Breakfast is not included in the price, we did not try it . Breakfast for 1 costs 19 bel rubles * 32 (602 Russian rubles) . For this money, you can eat at the cafe in the shopping center, which, by the way, is open from 10 a.m.
There is also a refrigerator in the room) although it may not be useful if a guest forgets to turn on the heat for the night, you will wake up at a temperature of +12C from the cold. It blows from the window, as if from the street. I had to breathe condee all the second night. The Wi-fi is working well.
There is a double bed with soft blankets, nice linens, but pillows- change them, just throw them in the trash. These pillows are not designed for sleeping, I threw it on the floor after 5 minutes, you know, logs for firewood, so the pillow was similar in stiffness and height to this wooden log. It's a shame to give away 13,000 for two nights and get such amenities. Check-in and eviction is fast, which is the only advantage. The view from the room can also be a plus, but the hellish cold from the windows and the third floor did not give such an opportunity, which, by the way, do not open (keep in mind if you eat in the warmer months) parking next to the shopping center, there are places and they are free, this is also a plus. The rest is clean 7/10, the remote control was covered in dust, there was dust on the TV, and there was a hell of a dispenser in the bathtub. (when you disdain to wash your hands with SOAP) .
Also about "convenience " . If one of the guests left the room for breakfast or to smoke, because the rooms are non-smoking, as in all hotels, and the other stayed inside, he will get back to the floor, and the passage to the rooms is closed by a door that opens with a key. Therefore, you need to wake up your wife/husband/ colleague in order to get back, or leave the second resident of the room without light. Dear craftsmen of this hotel) make it a service. Come to Russia, I will surprise you, but even in the top three there is service and comfort. It's very disappointing from what I saw.

We came for a few days, we immediately liked the hotel from the outside. Quick check-in, courteous staff, answered all questions and helped if necessary. The living conditions are excellent, price = quality. In general, the whole hotel is made very efficiently, reliably, the repair in the rooms is very beautiful, durable, the walls are not cardboard, the neighbors are not audible. Our room was spacious, clean, we changed the garbage every day, brought what was running out. The room is equipped with different lighting, it can be adjusted in different ways, and the air temperature can also be adjusted. We also paid for breakfast at the Shishka restaurant, the portions were large, hearty, and everything was very tasty. It is very convenient that you can go directly from the hotel to the shopping center without going outside. Good afternoon! We stayed for 3 days. Unfortunately, more was expected from the hotel. As we wrote earlier in the reviews, I was completely disappointed due to the lack of slippers, bathrobes, a hygiene kit, a kettle with tea, as well as inconvenient sockets. It's sad that there are only 3 breakfast options, while you can only get enough of one of them - Belarusian. They cook well, it made me happy. In general, the Shishka lounge is a good restaurant, the prices are slightly above average, but the hookahs are really good, there are no questions about the cuisine either. I liked the convenient location near the Metro and a large shopping center with an internal entrance. Comfortable.
The hotel is clean. I recommend that you improve these aspects for a more comfortable stay for your guests.

A hotel with a convenient location. It's a bit far from the center, but the metro is literally a three-minute walk away, you can get to the center in no more than 15 minutes. It is convenient to drive in from the ring road. The hotel is located adjacent to a large shopping center next to which there is a huge parking lot that can be used during your stay. The hotel positions it as shared with the shopping center, but this is hardly done to increase its attractiveness. There are many food outlets in the shopping center, including restaurants, which is convenient to use. The rooms in the hotel are not "worn out", the linen is of good quality, the plumbing is in satisfactory condition. Of the disadvantages.
There was no water in the room, which is nonsense for medium-priced hotels. Even provincial hoteliers are not saving on this now. A trifle is very unpleasant, especially if you want to drink from the road, but there is nothing.
Soap dispensers were not working in the bathroom, neither over the sink nor in the shower. At first I thought that they hadn't refueled, I complained to the reception, the girl at the reception pulled the hangers, said: "It's unlikely, I'll tell them to check the dispenser." The dispensers were checked, but not repaired. We lived for three days, scooped soap from the dispenser with our finger through the lid, we no longer applied to the reception.
For three days, the room has never been cleaned. One day I caught a maid in the hallway and asked her to pick up the trash. At my check-in, the hotel was full, perhaps the staff simply could not cope with the influx of customers.
Despite these and some other shortcomings, the hotel leaves a generally positive impression.

In general, the hotel is very good. The only minus is cleaning, the girls start cleaning very early, rattling and vacuuming, we always arrive very late at 3 a.m. and, accordingly, get up at 9.10 a.m. at the earliest, and wakes up from the rumble at 8.9 a.m., and I want to sleep, given that check-in after 12, you can take this fact into account and start cleaning not earlier 10 am, so that guests have the opportunity to sleep after the road.

The hotel is great! Of course it's far from the center, but the metro is a 5-minute walk away. Nearby is a huge hummock center with a supermarket, shops and restaurants for every taste and budget. The Litvina restaurant was recommended to us at the hotel, we liked it sooo much!
The hotel is cozy, clean, the linen is fresh, the room and bathroom are very clean, there is no audibility, we slept great! I recommend the hotel!

The hotel is wonderful, stylish, modern. Friendly staff, quick check-in. The room is spacious, comfortable bed, clean starched bed linen. We lived on weekends, there were no problems with parking, we always found places. Nearby there is a shopping center with shops, banks, a metro station, exit to the Mkad. The Wi-Fi is very bad. Regarding the silence, there is sound insulation in the rooms, but noise from the road and neighbors can be heard if they watch TV loudly or communicate, note to the hotel - for the comfort of guests, if there are available rooms, it is better to settle through the room. And it would be great if there were disposable slippers in the room (as I understand it, they are in the rooms of a higher category, but since we were with a dog, we have limited options). I liked the hotel, we had a wonderful rest, I definitely recommend it.

And now the cons:
1. Although the hotel is new, there are a lot of bedbugs in it.
2. Shampoo and toilet paper are put once and very little, when asked to slightly increase the volume of the above, they answer categorically no, "it is not allowed, it is not included in the price, buy it in the supermarket."
3. Breakfast is generally a "miracle", there are 3 breakfasts to choose from, they are prepared individually for each guest as soon as you arrive, which slightly increases the waiting time, not much. Sometimes they may refuse to pour, for example, cappuccino due to lack of milk, sometimes they will cook something that is unclear or it is the "delights" of the cook or the remains of dinner.

For us, a good location, close to the locations we need, plus nearby exit to the MKAD (we arrived by car). The hotel is located next to the shopping center. This is also a plus, you can go shopping in your free time, have a snack at the food court or go to the supermarket and buy everything you need)
There are no comments on room service, reception, room interior, bedding, beds, etc., all staff are friendly, everything is clean and tidy, the room is spacious enough (we lived in twin).
Of the cons: the window does not open. This is the first time I've seen this. Of course there is an air conditioner, it works properly. But it was plus 10 outside. The room is stuffy, I would like to ventilate and run oxygen. With air conditioning, it gets cold after 5 minutes.
No slippers)) we quarrel, but for 190byn per day, which is 5700 rubles for our money, slippers could be))
There is no outlet near the mirror. Well, this is a disadvantage for me personally))
I took my hair dryer with me, because I know that hotel hair dryers are bad and not powerful. Well, I'm more used to drying myself with my hair dryer.
There is no outlet in the bathroom, it is impossible to do this there by the mirror)
There was also a mirror in the "hallway", but the outlet was very far away, and the hair dryer did not reach the mirror. I had to put my phone on the front camera and style my hair.
Another of the disadvantages, as noted in other reviews, liquid soap is almost not soapy, and is squeezed out of the dispensary in a micro dose) it would be better to put a piece of soap and everything would be fine.
In general, everything is fine, but because of these little things, the overall impression has deteriorated a little.

Even the twin rooms have good plumbing and a bathroom in general, clean rooms in the hotel. I didn't find anything repulsive. The prices turned out to be 160 Belarusian rubles per night for a twin (two single beds) at the beginning of September 2023. It is quite suitable, taking into account, for example, the fact that in Grodno I had to spend the night in a shabby hotel for 200 rubles already)
The only thing is, as I understand it, there is no separate parking, we have to settle for a common one with a business center and a shopping mall, sometimes it is not convenient during rush hour. But in general, it is quite large.
Nearby, accordingly, there are plenty of cafes, shops and other joys. The metro is also nearby! )
I think I can safely recommend the hotel! :)
