**A calm and cozy place to relax, but there are minor drawbacks**
We recently vacationed at **"Green Land"** near Aktobe and were satisfied overall, although some moments could have been better.
#### **What you liked:**
✔ **Quiet green area** – lots of trees, fresh air, nice to walk.
✔ **Cozy houses** are clean, with basic amenities (air conditioning, bathroom, Wi-Fi).
✔ **A good bath/sauna** – great for the company, everything worked fine.
✔ **Delicious home cooking** – I especially liked the breakfasts and barbecue menu (shish kebab, tortillas).
#### **What can be improved:**
***The service was not always fast** – sometimes I had to wait for dishes or extra towels.
***Slightly outdated interior** – repairs in some areas look worn out.
***Limited entertainment** – apart from the sauna and barbecue, there is not much to do, especially in bad weather.
**Output:**
A great option for relaxing outdoors with family or friends if you like peace and simplicity. For those who are waiting for a "luxury" service or activities, it may be a bit boring.
**Rating: 4/5 – good, but there is potential for growth!** 🌿

A beautiful natural place to relax with the whole family and friends. We often relax here, but not everything is so good. The rooms are renovated and there are dead , smoky, with old furniture
Well, there are very few swings on the territory, standing waiting always when they are released, well, not an option.
After the spring flood, the beach was not improved at all, was it really difficult to fill it with sand? You can't sit on the shore on the jet land at all, and it's dirty this year
There are few beautiful photo zones, few benches.
Of the pros: Of course, cute Huskies, Three penguins ice cream, an excellent rope park, the opportunity to go boating. There are a lot of toilets and they are clean by the way.
I would like to turn on the imagination of the administration and come up with so many interesting things in such a territory.

An excellent recreation center where themed events are held, a large territory, cozy cafes where you can have a snack, good rooms, but there are also old ones that would do well to renovate, the kitchen as a whole is not bad!

The place is gorgeous. We came in January 2024, horseback riding, sauna - great. The food is delicious and the prices are not too high. The staff is polite. BUT, it is very cold in the house at a temperature of minus 10-12 outside, the batteries barely warm. They asked for a heater, gave some kind of dangerous thing that you can't leave at night, and in the morning a blue nose))). There is no heating source in the bathroom at all. In a double room, one set of towels. There are no hair dryers in the rooms, no kettles - what is the logic, it is not clear. Three stars for people who smile and greet with kind words, for nature, for entertainment, and the rest needs to be worked on. The administration of the institution, a hairdryer and a kettle in the room, it is so primitive that it is comparable to the fact that if there were no room in the room, there would be no room. Good luck. We will return in the summer.

I really liked the place) small but cozy rooms. The territory is large and well maintained. There is a small restaurant, they cook well, quickly. We stopped just to spend the night and relax.

Everything is perfectly done for relaxation. We had a very good rest with the children and friends. There is only one thing, but all paid services could be provided with reasonable prices! For example, a shooting range of 5 shots of 1000 tenge. It comes out 1 shot of 200 tenge.I think it's very expensive. So is the boat, horseback riding is so expensive.

The service was terrible. I rented a house on lu lux for 45 thousand tenge. There were no palaces. The suite room was cold. There were no covers on the chairs and the chair was in terrible condition. There was a lot of dirt in the chairs ! What is happening to our city? With recreation areas? With the people who provide these services? The service is at zero, the quality of services is the same, the housing is in the worst form. One plus is the territory, but it's high time to either use it or make it more civilized, put some sun beds there, circular alleys with benches and photo zones. As a last resort, make another playground and a larger one at the other end of the territory. There are a lot of children, poor swings, there is a queue for them. And everyone gathers in one place. It is clear that everything is paid these days, but you take money for admission.
A public barbecue! Who designed all this? How to roast 2-3 companies there? Put 4 small braziers in the corners so that different companies can fry, and on the one hand a cauldron, few people cook in a cauldron.
The houses are old, you go into the house-the smell is not very pleasant, the furniture has long been ready either for dry cleaning or for write-off. You're sitting in your clothes and you're afraid to pick up something)))
This is a separate story! Not only is it cold, but the tile is about to collapse.
It's not in all cabins, but definitely in the rooms.
I don't understand why you have such a rating, people put reviews on 4-5 *!?
Most likely, there are few establishments in Aktobe and all such bases do not strain in investments, they will come anyway!
Personally, I'm ashamed to take my children there.
We've been to quite a few places with our family, but everywhere is clean, pleasant, even in white socks we went somewhere and clean socks, but here even in black socks it is impossible to walk in houses and rooms.
Dishes are unclear by what criteria!

Facades, fences, fences should be painted long ago!
The barbecue areas near the houses should be updated. Ideally, the whole area should be laid with paving stones so that during the rain you do not knead the dirt, which is then carried into the house.
The guests arrived from Russia and Canada, but it's a shame, as if I invited them to my house when they saw all this.
Start making repairs, at least 1-2 rooms per month!

It's a good place. Away from the city. Fresh air. We rest there in winter and summer. But last time I was not satisfied. They ask for money at every step. We rented a house for 35,000. They also came and took an additional 15,000 for extra people. As if the room or the bed or the dishes had been brought extra. We didn't mind paying 50 thousand for a big house, but we didn't. One car came for free, the others for 3000. It's like there's a covered guarded parking lot. We rented 2000 tubes per hour. Because of the frenzied queue on the slide, they managed to ride once. Even with a pony to take a picture on your phone 500 tenge. Their huskies can be walked in 15 minutes for 1000 tenge. But we are with children, children see and want. Once you take the money, provide the service. Of course, there is no alternative to greenland, so we pay such money. But you can't do that either.

Everything is great and even better than in 2022, this year the place has become much better, suitable for holidays with relatives if local, or used as an overnight stay if a tourist, there are a lot of houses there, they have 1 room and a bathroom with a bathtub (these are small houses) there are also large ones, but there are few of them there at once a kitchen bedroom and toilet with a shower.

A great place to relax in nature. We visit there at different times of the year, the place wins because of its natural beauty. Restaurant service and cuisine can be different.
