I liked the hotel itself: it is quiet and green around, although not far from the airport, the interior is clean, nice, well renovated. I liked the stylization with embroidery and rugs, national motifs. Separately, I want to note the bathroom - a modern renovation, and not with a cheap tile a la zero, but porcelain stoneware for wood. It looks restrained, minimalistic and stylish. The mattress is good, the pillows and bed linen are good too.
The unpleasant thing is an expensive transfer, there is only 7 km from the airport, and they took 60 BYN (1800 rubles), but they arrived at night, there was not much choice, they did not look for a taxi. In my opinion, 7 km is not worth the money, we got to Minsk in the morning cheaper than this transfer.
But there are no complaints about the hotel itself, I do not lower the rating.

The hotel is located near Minsk airport. It is located next to the highway. There is a large territory, there is both a hotel complex and cottages. It is possible to rent a sauna and swim in the pool with cool water. There is a forest with ancient powerful oaks and a small pond where you can fish.
A good breakfast buffet, but the cafe itself has a small selection of dishes and a very long wait for an order. Simple pancakes can be waited for 40 minutes.
There are no shops within walking distance from the hotel, only the highway.
The hotel is good for weekend vacations and short stops for travelers.
You can get enough sleep, take a walk and relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room is cleaned daily.

We stayed for 4 nights in a hotel room, the room is generally clean, the staff is not all, but more friendly, they will answer all questions. There is a SPA, but the pool is +18 ° C, which is extremely small for a good rest

Cons:
- the audibility of what is happening in the neighboring rooms, including the toilet, is excellent
- the noise of the road is slightly audible through the micro-ventilation of the windows
- not every room has hot water - I had to move from room to room twice.
- bedside lighting works with a lack of logic
- the fact that there is no hot water had to be proved twice.. No one even called back, it took an hour to resolve the issue.
- I couldn't get through to the reception in 50% of cases
- no compensation was offered for the discomfort of moving

A wonderful place, a large territory, pleasant and helpful staff.
There are disadvantages:
1. The air conditioner was not working
2. There are no mosquito nets
3. Breakfast is meager, I wanted more choice

The hotel is located near Minsk, among a beautiful forest area. We booked rooms in the main building and one cottage. The rooms are clean, comfortable bed, comfortable bed linen. Very friendly staff!
The room was clean, cozy, had everything you needed to stay.
The restaurant is delicious! We visited different restaurants in Minsk, but it was tastiest here!
I would also like to note that the dogfrendly hotel! We lived with a big dog, and at the reception we were met by a charming cat😌
A huge area where you can walk, everything is very well maintained and clean.
P.S. For whom silence is important, I want to clarify that the noise from airplanes is not heard at all in the room!

Advantages, if by car:

The main and largest pool is 18 degrees, as we were informed at the reception, it is very cold water, sauna in advance and 35 rubles.
In general, the spa flew by, the pool was very cold. Although it was paid for.
I would like some of the funds to be returned and then I would be happy.
And another big minus is the ticks. But this is nature, so there may be no questions about the hotel.
We didn't run into each other, but the neighbors pulled two pieces out of the dog in three days.
But to be fair, somewhere far from the houses.

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel. It's getting worse and worse. Maybe they update something, but it doesn't work much more. Do not take breakfast, for this price you will come to the restaurant 1.5 hours before the end of breakfast, and you can eat ... well, what you find, everything else is over, there is tea and that's good, the cappuccino machine does not do, you can not try. If you want to have dinner, be prepared to wait for an hour and bring dishes that are not even delicious, it's worse than that. When checking out, check what you paid for and what you ordered, because the restaurant records everything on the number. We had a case where we were paid for breakfast twice (the money was then returned). The territory is large, the Parking is also large, the entrance and exit from / to Moscow are convenient. Rented a house. There is a beautiful forest around, quiet and fresh. For outdoor recreation is very good, there is a barbecue area.

There were only negative impressions of staying in this hotel. Complete lack of coziness and comfort. We stayed from 04.01.2025 to 05.01.2025 in a room on the 4th floor. There were no corners on the baseboards in the corridor of the 4th floor (they were lying next to each other).
There are dirty spots on the walls in the room, someone else's hair was found in the bathroom near the sink and toilet, dirty smudges inside the toilet, there were no tulle on the window (although the cornice provides for the installation of tulle, there are tulle in the photo of the room on the website), in the evening a spider and a spider's web were found in the corner near the door, a fly was sitting on the wall near the ceiling (apparently I got knocked up in the warm season, because there are no masking nets on the window. Fortunately, I did not have a chance to check the performance of the air conditioner. The refrigerator in the room was not working, and there were no shelves for storing food in the refrigerator itself. The description and photo of the room on the hotel's website does not correspond to reality.
Upon check-in, there was only one set of bath accessories and hygiene products in the room, although the room was booked for two adults and one child (2 years old).
After all this, there was no desire to visit the aquazone, especially since the cost of the aquazone is higher than indicated on the hotel's website.
There was no hot or cold water in the morning.
Such breakfasts (buffets) I haven't seen it anywhere yet. We came to eat an hour and a half before the end of breakfast. There was no choice of dishes, there were no porridges, sauces, vegetables. It was good that there was at least some meat and pancakes. Surprisingly, mashed potatoes appeared at the end of our breakfast. The waiter said there was no repeat. The description of breakfast on the hotel's website does not correspond to reality.
In the book of complaints and suggestions, almost all the reviews are negative, and among these negative reviews, almost all are from foreigners. The location of the hotel next to the M1 motorway and the proximity of the airport probably have an effect. As a Belarusian, I feel ashamed of what foreigners think.
The hotel does not correspond to 4 stars, and it does not pull 3 stars. I once spent the night in an ordinary hotel in the hinterland of Belarus, it was so cozy and comfortable there, not like here.

The four of us lived in a 2-bedroom villa for several days during the New Year holidays.
Of the advantages:
+ location (close to the airport and highways, you can quickly get to Minsk by car)
+ the atmosphere of the house (you come in and it smells like wood)
+ the house is large, spacious, has everything you need for a comfortable stay
+ barbecue area
+ large green area
+ availability of Parking (there are more than enough places)
+ friendly girls at the reception
+ good Wi-Fi (not all hotels in Belarus have good Wi-Fi)
+ disposable slippers.
I will outline the disadvantages so that the hotel gets better:
- we arrived in the frosts of -15 and on the first day we were very cold, the house warmed up only on the second day. Upon request, we were given a heater, thank you.
- the house is visible, not the first freshness, the walls are crooked, large cracks. The dishes need to be updated. There are not enough surfaces in the hallway area (there is nowhere to put bags and put keys), in the bathroom. There is a missing booklet with the rules of accommodation, Wi-Fi data, and a number to call the reception. There was a noticeable blow from the door to the barbecue area, there is also a lack of curtains. The front door opened and closed with difficulty.
- strong noise from airplanes. It didn't bother us, but if it's a sensitive sleep, it might be important.
I didn't like the restaurant at all. Mixed up the dishes! The parts of the dishes were in different plates, I had to collect my dishes in parts. That is, for example, three dishes are ordered: loin with salad, potatoes, roast. For some reason, the salad is in a plate with a roast, the potatoes are in a plate with a loin...They still didn't understand what it was. Glasses for cognac were given to the wine. When asked if there were any wine glasses, they said there were and did not bring them. The sauces that were in the description of the dish were not given. The food tastes average. Morse is more like water, it is impossible to drink. The service is long, although there were only a few customers in the restaurant. At the same time, the price tag is far from cheap.
In general, we liked everything (except the restaurant).
We had a good rest.

I asked him to check all the hatches on the territory, if there are many of them. I really liked the hotel!
It is located on the eastern outskirts of Minsk, on the edge of the forest, the nature is beautiful. We stayed for 2 days from January 3 to January 5
- Upon check-in at the reception, it took a long time to figure out if the room had been paid for, it was not displayed in the hotel system. I had to prove the payment confirmation on my phone.
- In the room that we first checked into, there were creepy brown spots on the carpet, and most importantly, a loud monotonous hum from the electrical panel. I had to go back to the reception and ask for a change of room.
- There was only one pair of slippers, one set of towels and one set of shampoos/gels in the newly issued room. I had to go to the reception again and ask for another set of towels.

The smell of a melted bathhouse, huge log cabins, blankets as soft as a cloud, its own veranda and barbecue, underfloor heating, and a generally comfortable temperature in the house are a small part of the advantages of the house. It started with the fact that they moved into a room that already had people in it. It didn't open, the staff helped me, I went in, and the tenants were already there. All right, we've been relocated.
I went into my other room, where the whole floor is covered with dead flies. Okay, there are slippers, you can survive. They promised to clean it up the next day.
I go into the shower. There is no hot water. An hour later, barely warm water appeared from, but you can not use the shower, because it is automatically switched off and there is not enough pressure for its operation. I had to wash in another room. It's also barely warm and without pressure, but at least the shower didn't knock out.
Well, in the end it turned out that there was no toothbrush not only in the room, but also in the entire hotel.

We were with the dog. The room was nice, but there was no hot water. The breakfast is very modest. The dinner is delicious, but the service is slow. The territory is very green and beautiful, near forests and fields :)

A good hotel with good service. I stayed at the hotel for one night before flying to Moscow. I must say right away, the prices are not humane, but I did not regret it at all. The bed in the room with a good mattress, my back did not hurt after sleeping (although I have a hernia problem with this), the room, although not large, is very comfortable, everything you need is there, the room is clean and fresh. The view from the window was of the forest. Clean bathroom, plumbing in working condition. The breakfasts are excellent, I had breakfast with pleasure.the hotel has a large territory, the air is wonderful, the pine forest makes itself felt. Birds have been singing since the morning. To the airport, the hotel provided a transfer to the airport, for an additional fee. payment (25 rubles). In a word, I recommend the hotel.

A disgusting hotel for work stayed there 2 times and each time there were some problems with check-in (arrived late).
I went with my family and stayed for one night , as a result, the bed was dirty with someone else's hair . There are no breakfasts , there are no employees at breakfast at all . I would not recommend it for a holiday , more like a night stand
