Excellent location, easy access to the ski lifts, on the ground floor there is a rental service with a large selection of equipment and accessories, which is one of the advantages - literally from the room in slippers to the rental box. The breakfasts are healthy and varied. I definitely recommend it.

The hotel is wonderful in everything. The numbers are 10 out of 10. Convenient location. In summer, the view of the mountains and the forest . Caring service, thank you very much for our stay.

Quite a good hotel, it has its own ski rental, a cafe (where you can go in ski boots), a restaurant and a small spa area. The service is excellent.

Grey is currently one of the best hotels in Kopaonik, because it was built 3 years ago and equipped at a very high level. The hotel has an underground parking lot, where cars are lowered by elevator, plus an elevator for residents and an elevator for the kitchen, all of them are KONE brands. The hotel has its own indoor pool, spa and fitness room. There is a restaurant on the second floor with panoramic views and a cafe on the ground floor with an outdoor terrace. Own ski rental, plus a ski and boot storage system with drying and heating. The hotel itself and the rooms are stylishly decorated, the appliances in the rooms are new, everything is fresh and clean there. Free and steady Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Ski in and ski out, to the nearest 4 lifts 100-150m.

Good staff, the kitchen is next to the slope, we have been in the hotel for three years in a row, the apartments opened for the first year, but you need to book in advance
