I would like to note the high culture of service at this particular point, namely Irina's staff. His friendliness and friendliness are off the charts, he always looks great, and most importantly by the standards of catering: neat hair, nails and a pleasant appearance (which is not to say about other employees). Each shawarma is positively labeled, which always makes you smile. Constantly informs about new products. At the moment, this is the standard of quality control in the company, the rest of the employees have someone to look up to.
Separately, I would like to pay attention to the hoods, which work poorly and the room is always very smoky.

We recently had lunch at the kebab grill and I had only positive impressions! From the very entrance, we were greeted by friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere!
The kebabs were cooked perfectly: the meat was tender and juicy, and I was also pleased with the sufficient amount of sauce!
The service also deserves special praise. The staff was attentive and helpful, helped with the selection.

While people are waiting in line for shawarma, the cook is on the phone, taking into account that the wait at the checkout was said to be 17 minutes. After that, the receptionist began to swear at everyone, pulled the cook's ear, and constantly said she was going to hit the cashier. Maybe it was their humor, but it was unpleasant to be there.

There are two claims. The first complaint about the grill itself is garlic kebab, we took two garlic kebabs at Khmelnitsky 10, and there was absolutely no garlic sauce or even a hint of any sauce, absolutely dry and practically only the cabbage is felt and cold inside! It is unclear what the money was given for!
The second complaint about the mobile application is why there is no SMS or push notification, it was written in the application that it would take 30-40 minutes to prepare, and this is a very long time to sit and constantly monitor the application, and in fact it was prepared faster, but due to the fact that there is no notification, when it was noticed and taken away, it was already completely cold inside.

The most tasteless shawarma I've ever eaten. I ordered it with pickup. The room itself is in smoke, as if something is burning. Everything is packed well. But the taste is a complete disaster. The meat is cut into pieces as if fried in a frying pan. Tomatoes are quite thick slices. The shawarma is wrapped not in layers, but all mixed up and one edge in one sheet of lavash, which the prophet tore. Actually, the tasting ended at 1/4 and went to the trash. Not tasty, not high quality.

If you want to eat cabbage and pita bread, go here. Throughout the year, kebab "barbecue" was a favorite taste:There was almost no meat, pepperoni, cabbage. But in recent times, it's hard to call it a kebab, just cabbage and pita bread, there's no trace of pepperoni and barbecue sauce. There are a maximum of 5 slices of pepperoni in the whole kebab. I ordered 4 different flavors:barbecue, cheese, bacon and premium. There was no difference in taste.
It's a pity that the taste is spoiled.
