I was just upset. I was already waiting in the cafe for 10 minutes, but the shawarma was not cooked. As soon as the hall was empty, I heard a shawarmist take my order. I tried to tell the receptionist that I had been sitting for 50 minutes, to which she said, don't lie, your order came to us 5 minutes ago. Although I approached the cashier, she said that they hadn't started cooking yet.

In fact, the meat is not always fresh, the sauce is added according to the mood (sometimes three drops, and sometimes everything flows to the bottom of the package), the sauce has become like diluted with water, pita bread almost always cracks and it is impossible to eat this "substance" in the package. I took a novelty called "Classic", which contains tomato sauce (which was essential for me, since I always used to take another one in addition). As a result, they made a "Garlic" one in which tomato sauce does not go into the composition. What's the point of updating the menu then, I still didn't understand?? Management doesn't care about quality standards. They take students who do not work very well, to put it mildly... They don't give you a check either.
