Disgusting quality and attitude towards customers. There is not a single completely high-quality element in new buildings. Switches, sockets, taps are defective, floors, walls are crooked, joints flow after rain, work is not done on time, the attitude is boorish, they agree to eliminate violations under warranty only after a complaint to the regional executive committee. If a private enterprise worked like this, it would have been flooded with lawsuits and bankrupted long ago, but everything is completely different here, everything is in debt, but the state budget saves. I advise you to communicate with this underorganization only through an administrative resource, otherwise you will not achieve anything.
