I brought my Ragdoll cat to the express moult. I was told I'm sorry, I didn't look at Viber, I thought I asked you for a haircut? I'm telling you, I didn't answer anything about any haircut. You have correspondence with the client. Well, accept the situation, I was answered. Anyone who understands what a Ragdoll is, and what the beauty of its coat is, will understand me. How can you treat customers like this? So did you even bother to take money from me, like 50% for a joint???? I was so shocked that I didn't realize right away. I posted a photo before and after.
