I do not recommend this company. Who came to see the real review, read on. I had an accident on 02.10.2023. I signed a contract for 100% insurance at GROSS at the beginning of September this year. I am a victim, I was not even allowed to repair the car before the court decision. The trial was on December 11th of this year, and it ended in my favor. I have provided all the documents that GROSS requested from me. They said that all the documents were accepted, there are no problems. So many days have passed since the court's decision, and there is no sensible answer from the GROSS insurance company. Believe me, I'm not the only one in this state, you can see for yourself if you come to their office. You write that you have more than 3 million customers, why do you need so many customers if you can't handle them. It's the same thing every day, your application is under consideration. I spend more nerves on GROSS than on other processes that have now passed. I strongly advise against this company. I regret that I signed a contract with them for more than 15 million. The company just sucks 👎👎👎👎👎

If you want to use the services of med. insurance for legal scammers, then contact these guys. The clauses of the contract are drawn up very cunningly on the principle of taking the maximum from you and giving the minimum or not giving at all with ridiculous arguments, and putting the rest in your pocket. This is a name like "honey. insurance" is European, but the approach is collective farm. I am specifically giving an example from my own experience. My employer bought honey for an elderly man from my family. insurance from this company and we asked for medical help on insurance. The doctor has prescribed urgent treatment for a month and we go to the pharmacy with a prescription. We call these guys at the pharmacy, and it turns out:
1. They cover only emergency medical care (now, according to the law, any state clinic treats for free in emergency cases, meaning from med. insurance???)
2. Of the number of medicines prescribed for a month, only the amount that is enough for 10 days is covered. Then, in short, die, we don't care, it's written in the contract. The circus is full
3. Cover the treatment of only those diseases that developed a maximum of 2 weeks ago. Alya, there are such diseases that develop over the years and make themselves felt one day. Anyway, the tricky clauses of the contract say so.
It's a pity that the employer forgot to send me the clauses of the contract to read, otherwise they would never have bought insurance from them.
This is not the honey. insurance, which is provided in Germany or in the USA, is still there for a person, and not in his pocket.
