The boorish attitude of the delivery service staff.
The car arrived 20 minutes earlier than the agreed time, and the chief employee, talking on the phone, did not hesitate to say that he had lost an hour because of us. Although we were not the reason that they arrived earlier than the pre-arranged time.
During the unloading of the furniture, the client specially rearranged all the details of the bed to the place where it was supposed to stand. The chief employee asked in a harsh tone why he had done this. When asked to move the bed slightly to the left, he requested an additional payment of 50 rubles. Although the cabinet was not yet in the apartment and could be assembled at the location indicated by the client, the staff assembled it elsewhere. They demanded an additional fee of 60 rubles for assembling the cabinet, although the cabinet was originally assembled, the mezzanine and doors were removed.
A door was placed on top of our mirror, which stood against the wall, arguing that we would later rearrange it ourselves. They knew that the furniture would not stand in the room where it was placed.
As a result, all the furniture was rearranged by two girls in the evening after a hard day's work. The movers themselves could have done it, but their boss did not allow it with his statements.
