I called the Truck 10 days before departure - I explained that I needed a big car to take everyone away and a loader who would go into the hotel, take out and load all the luggage, bring it to the airport and carry all the luggage to the check-in desk and put it on the tape. The payment is 11600 for the first hour, if we do not meet it, then + 5600 for the second. Everything was clarified in detail, the number of seats and the weight of luggage - 5 seats, weight 15 - 20kg each. It takes half an hour from the hotel to the airport. We called the day before and confirmed everything once again. The loader arrived even earlier, at 6.15, they were very worried that he might be late. I started to get indignant that there was a lot of luggage, that 2 movers were needed, I was indignant all the way. It's not my grandmother and I who have to decide, but their company! I was told how much I would pay, I would have paid for two without any problems! As a woman, I can do this quite well, but not a man?! Suitcases on wheels, a hotel with an elevator, a room next to it. I brought them to the airport, brought them to the check-in desk - there are 4 people in front of them. That's it, he says, pay off, I'm off. Grandma says no, the order ends with putting all 5 suitcases on the tape. And I, he says, have to take the child to kindergarten and I'm late! Grandma refused to pay, stood indignant, put it in the end. We planned to leave a generous tip, we paid 12,000tenge back to back. What was that? The sweetest girls on the phone, caught all the details, calmed down, confirmed, but in fact, such nerves and rudeness? I do not recommend dealing with this company!

I called myself. Oksana greeted me and promised to tell the transport workers. After 40 minutes. I'm calling again, asking. Oksana greets me again, as if for the first time. He promises to tell me again. Another 50 minutes pass, I dial again, Oksana says hello and again there is no feedback. I explain that you are already 3 hours late. An hour later, the transporter calls and says that there are no movers for our refrigerator and they cannot transport the refrigerator and that he immediately told the dispatcher, and the dispatcher Oksana does not care. She doesn't say anything and just waits for something. At 18.00, I already called my movers and gazelle, they arrived and loaded everything in an hour. And I was already driving away and the truck called at 7.30 pm and said, sorry, we can't fulfill your order... I lost half a day of work from 14.00 to 19.30, I was counting on lunch, but I got into rush hour and traffic jams. People also occupied the elevator all the time after work, and during this time the truck could not solve the problem with the movers for the refrigerator. Shame. I applied for the first time and this attitude. In general, now I will not go close to your company and advise someone! Oksana was generally pissed off, I called her 5 times, but they never called me. It's also a good day all the time. Close your company, don't embarrass yourself!
