Very convenient location: 600 meters to the Nemiga metro station, 300 meters to the Gallery Minsk shopping center with a supermarket, shops and cafes, a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. Windows on two sides: some of the rooms overlook a quiet street, where traffic freezes at night and you can sleep with the windows open. There is an unofficial parking for three cars in the courtyard, plus two more can fit next to each other spontaneously. Despite the centrality, parking is not a problem: from 18.00 pm to 09.00 am and on weekends, paid parking turns into free, further down the street there are two more courtyards with free places.
The hotel itself is located in an old building, there is no elevator. The repair is not new, but everything is in good condition and working. There is a cooler with drinking water on each floor. The rooms are large. We had a deluxe double room measuring 40 meters. Among the minor disadvantages: treacherous steps, which you first stumble over, and then read the inscription: "Careful step" and the smells of food penetrating into the room from the corridor.
Upon check-in, discount coupons were handed to the nearby Rakovsky Brovar, which is nice, and the restaurant is very good.
The breakfasts are high-quality and plentiful. I would especially like to mention the work of the hostess of the kitchen and Nadezhda, who is responsible for breakfast. Everything is very tasty: daily pancakes with cottage cheese, and shingles, and fried eggs in a steaming frying pan, and you will want buckwheat with chicken, right in the morning.

A great place to stay in Minsk.
1. It is located in the center, but in the depths of the courtyards, so it is very quiet.
2. The rooms are simply gigantic! The bed is four-bed! The desktop is also an impressive size. The shower cabin is rectangular, again - large! In short, everything is gigantic!
3. Very nice staff. Check-in, check-out, meals, cleaning - everything is nice and pleasant.
4. The breakfast is continental. But it is quite diverse. When checking out before 8 a.m., they gave us some dry food. There are tea bags, a kettle and cups in the room. A mini fridge with freezer is available in the room.
5. The Internet is quite tolerable. Each room has its own router.
6. The room is clean. Including the bathroom. Very pleasant. There are also gels, shampoos, etc.
I will voice the disadvantages. They can be taken into account in order to make it even better. But it does not affect the assessment in my case.
1. There is no mirror near the door. At the exit, you will not see yourself in any case.
2. The doors need to be replaced. They do not fit into the perception of the hotel at all.
3. I would like breakfast from 7 a.m. Many people travel for work issues, so at 8 o'clock you already need to run away from the hotel, and then breakfast just starts.
In general, I recommend it! I hope my review will not lead to an increase in the cost of staying at this hotel)

We stayed at the Gubernsky Hotel from August 17 to August 19. A very quiet, comfortable place. The room has everything you need to stay. Friendly staff.
The hotel is a 5-7-minute walk from the Gallery shopping center, where the life of the big city "boils". But after walking such a short distance, you find yourself in a completely different world: the world of silence, peace of the old city - the Gubernsky Hotel.

He lived there in April 2024. No breakfast.
It's all good. Attentive staff. The ideal location for tourists to stay. Everything is nearby.
The room stock is not perfect, but everything works. Separately, I will note a large bed and a comfortable mattress!
We lived on the ground floor. In the spring, the windows were closed, and in the summer, this may cause discomfort, since passers-by walk at the window level.

We had a rest from 05/26/2024 to 05/31/2024 and I can safely say that we will definitely return here on our next visit to Minsk, because we liked absolutely everything! We were met by a very polite receptionist who told us everything and showed us. We used the hotel parking lot, despite the fact that it is small, there were no problems, there was always a place. The room was clean, bright, cozy, spacious, the Windows overlook the courtyard, so no sounds interfered, and the bed was so big that you could safely sleep with four people and not interfere with each other. The hotel has an excellent location, shops, cafes, coffee shops - everything is within walking distance. The breakfasts were excellent, special thanks to Galina Ivanovna for this, she fed us very tasty, cutlets, pancakes, pancakes, casserole, scrambled eggs, porridge, and charlotte in general - all this and much more homemade, not to mention that there were always fruits, vegetables, yoghurts, cheese, sausage , etc .

We took two nights on May 11-13, I really liked the hotel. The location is very convenient. It is located in the center, in a pleasant area, almost all attractions can be reached on foot. Nice polite staff at the reception. We liked the double room for a number of advantages: spaciousness, plenty of space in the room and bathroom; clean bed linen; there are terry bathrobes; kettle; shampoos, gels, soap; a lot of furniture; it is very convenient that you can leave things before checking in from the road and after checking out to the plane. In this room, you can even work with two people at once, as there are desks. The beds are of normal size, large.

Apparently due to the lack of its own restaurant. The hall is located in the basement! Descending a steep spiral staircase. We lived in a hotel in two raids for three days with a break of three days (it just so happened, not a special one). I liked everything. We are ready to make even small discounts. Anyway, they did it for us. The breakfasts may not be as luxurious as in large hotels, but they are very tasty at home. Especially when Aunt Nadia's cook is changing. She will cook whatever you want, according to your order, and pancakes in the evening, and porridge will cook. A very courteous and generally cool, sociable woman.
The rooms are comfortable, clean, with all amenities. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. The staff is simply invisible - they do everything quickly and unnoticeably.
I can definitely recommend tourists coming to Minsk with a clear conscience.
Nearby, within walking distance of the Upper Town with its sights, shopping center, restaurants and shops.
The hotel itself is located on a quiet street (and this despite the fact that all this is a step away from the center), so nothing will interfere with rest.

The hotel is located in the historical center of the city, where going out in the evening you can feel yourself in a cozy square on a cobblestone pavement.

The hotel is located in the very center of Minsk: near the Minsk Gallery shopping center with all the shops necessary for life and a huge supermarket) Zara and Massimo are not there (the World Cup has left Belarus altogether), but it is quite possible to walk and eat. Within walking distance of the beautiful embankment, the historical center, Bulbashi restaurants (insanely delicious) and Cornflowers (simpler, but also delicious). It takes 15 minutes by taxi from the train station. There are 2 metro stations within a 10-minute walk. The hotel itself is clean, pleasant and very quiet. We had a deluxe 302. The bathroom door, of course, needs fixing (sometimes it seemed to us that it was about to fall out of the jamb), the audibility of other rooms is not known to us, because no one lived nearby))) But they lived below us and there was a strong audibility in the bathroom - as if someone was in our room. Otherwise, everything is fine, we had a great rest. There is a kettle. Coffee, tea, soap, shampoos are put in every day. Linen, bathrobes, slippers - everything is OK. Thanks to the administrators, they are very friendly. When we left, we apparently came across some kind of manager, to our "hello" she replied "and goodbye". It was unpleasant.

I really liked the hotel! The room is gigantic (and the bathroom also has a full-length mirror), the same non-standard size beds, very comfortable and soft. There is everything you need (although the kettle should be descaled). Cleaning every day. Very friendly girls at the reception. The hotel is located a few minutes from the embankment, where it is very convenient to exit through a huge shopping center, in the other direction - the Upper Town and all the sights are already nearby. The street is quiet, and our Windows generally overlooked the courtyard in which... Surprise: the Italian Embassy in a beautiful mansion.

We are living in a deluxe room right now. The room is beautiful: huge, about 45 meters. The bed is 240 cm. White leather sofa and armchair. There is a kettle and a refrigerator, bathrobes, a good shampoo and balm. The hotel is very quiet, clean and civilized. The room has 3 large windows. All open and overlook a quiet street.
The hotel exceeded expectations. I recommend.
They didn't take breakfast. They are modest and not worth the money.

The location of the hotel is excellent, a quiet street, in close proximity to delicious restaurants / cafes (with a justifiably high rating), and from attractions, and from natural walking areas, and from shops for every taste - in any direction on foot - new impressions. The hotel itself is three-storey (without elevator), with fairly large rooms (there was a deluxe room on the 3rd floor), with good sound insulation, excellent water pressure, clean linen, slippers, bathrobes and toiletries (except toothpaste and brushes, which did not bother - we always have our own). They cleaned well. The only minor disadvantage is that when you sit down on the bed from the window side, it creaks unpleasantly. But the bed itself is huge, comfortable and this disadvantage is only on one side. Parking, although small, is located behind the hotel. The girls at the reception are attentive, smiling, unobtrusive. In general, the price / quality is justified.

Отличная гостиница! Огромные номера, приятный вежливый персонал, вкусные завтраки. Здоровенные кровати с ортопедическими матрасами. Не знаю, во всём ли Минске так, но здесь в душе напор воды шикарнейший! Мы когда были, всю неделю стояло +30 и больше - душ просто спасение. Кстати, в номере есть кондиционер, поэтому прохладно. Находится в самом центре - до всего рукой подать. При этом тихо, особенно если окна во двор. Парковка небольшая, на три авто. Можно, конечно, и 4 запихать, но выехать тогда сможет только последний. Но честно говоря, за неделю 3 авто было только раз, в основном 1-2. Ужинать ходили тоже в двух шагах в "Раковский бровар" - прекрасная кухня, самоварное пивочко и самоприготовленные настоечки. Когда в следующий раз будем в Минске, думаю, что снова будем останавливаться здесь же. Рекомендую!

Отличный отель! Самый центр Минска. Тихо, уютно. Окна выходят на посольство Италии. Парковка. Куча достопримечательностей в пешей доступности. Метро рядом. Огромный номер с двумя односпальными кроватями. Замечательные ортопедические матрасы. Чистое белье. Халаты, тапочки, фен, чайник, туалетные принадлежности, чай, сахар, холодильник. Большая ванная комната. Персонал доброжелательный. Завтраки отличные. Всего хватало. Можно было заказать и кашу и яичницу, но и так было всего достаточно. Убирали хорошо, меняли полотенца. Рядом несколько ТЦ и ресторанов.

A wonderful hotel! A chic spacious room, a huge bed, aesthetic furniture, a modern bathroom with an installation and a heated towel rail. There is everything for a comfortable stay. Cleaning is on schedule, the girls at the reception are very friendly and friendly.

Please note that the refrigerator in the room is not designed for cooling and long-term storage of food. But you can store food in the refrigerator at the reception. You can also warm them up there)

Был дважды, в марте с друзьями и в июне семьей. Отличный отель, удобное размещение в центре Минска, при этом тихое и спокойное место. Хорошая уборка. Огромные, комфортные номера.
Завтраки не то чтобы очень-очень разнообразные, но при этом голодными точно не уйдете:
1. Пожарят вам свежую яичницу или сварят кашу;
2. На шведском столе нарезка сыров и колбас, овощные и фруктовые нарезки;
3. Всегда есть что-то горячее-котлетки/колбаски, блинчики/оладушки/сырники, какой-нибудь гарнир.
4. Соки, чай, кофемашина с зерновым кофе.
В кафе работают по-очереди две внимательные, радушные женщины-им огромное спасибо за гостеприимство.
Резюмируя, если представится возможность посетить Минск снова обязательно остановлюсь здесь.

The pros are the perfect location.
Cons - broken doors in the rooms, battered plumbing, shabby interiors and the fierce aroma of burnt oil in the morning from the cafe, at least on the first floor with rooms. And also the director, who clumsily pretends that the rooms do not stink of the kitchen. As a bonus, there are problems with hot water. Avoid this misunderstanding, we had to run away after the first night. It is absolutely unclear where the stars from the reviews came from.

Очень понравилось размещение здесь.
Огромный номер с огромной удобной кроватью, с большим с/у, просторной кабинкой . Светло, уютно, чисто, есть кондиционер, интернет-тв, чайник, холодильник. Утюг+ доска- на этаже. Вода на этаже.
Номера тихие, изолированные друг от друга.
Гостевой паркинг.
Удобная лестница !
Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал ресепшен.
В шаговой доступности Галерея, куча кофеен и ресторанчиков, парк, набережная, метро.

Отель неплохой. Отлично расположен в самом центре города, но при этом на тихой улице. В пешей доступности основные достопримечательности, станция метро Немига, несколько ресторанов и кафе, большой торговый центр. Отель небольшой, до 20 номеров или даже меньше. Номера чистые, уютные. Мебель массивная, со стразами. Беларусское барокко. Терпимо, если недолго. Всё необходимое есть. Завтрак неплохой, но выбор невелик. Хорошая и не очень дорогая гостиница на твёрдые три звезды. На четыре не тянет. Нет лобби бара и лобби как такового, нет мини бара. Нет лифта, нет консьерж сервиса и человека способного поднять багаж на третий этаж. Есть номера на первом этаже. Нет ресторана и обслуживания номеров. Только завтрак. Нет прессы, доступного ПК.

If you go the other way from the Gubernsky hotel, then the Gallery Minsk shopping center is located nearby. There is an ambiguous opinion about the Gubernsky Hotel. We lived on the 3rd floor, there is no elevator. The building is old, more than 100 years old, the floors walk under your feet. There is a small selection of dishes for breakfast, but everyone is happy and there is enough of everything, there is a coffee machine, scrambled eggs and scrambled eggs are prepared on request. The rooms are large in size, there is a refrigerator, a safe. But, next time we are planning a modern chain hotel.

Новогодние праздники в Минске удались на славу. Отель расположен недалеко от главных достопримечательностей города. Уютный отель с собственной парковкой. Отличные , чистые номера с высокими потолками. Очень ценю когда сотрудники отеля встречают своих гостей как близких родственников !) радушно и гостеприимно!
Так как программа путешествия была насыщенной , просыпались рано ! Вкусный завтрак ! Кто мог себе позволить выпить бокал шампанского , тому предлагали !)) Во время следующего посещения Минска однозначно только к Вам !
