Good staff,clean, cozy,warm,there are showers and a gym in the building,a sauna nearby, not expensive,the place itself is very quiet, not far from the train station.

I visited the gym in this hostel, small and cozy, few people, enough equipment to keep fit, very poor cardio, it just doesn't exist
