I purchased an hdmi-dp cable. Which does not work with the ps5. At the same time, the consultant assured that there would be no problems. This is the first time I've seen such a disgusting service. The service manager communicates at the level of kitchen gatherings. "Oh, if I had a ps5, I'd check it out.", "I'm an employee, I don't have time"... and stuff like that. I do not recommend this store. There is no point in talking about any kind of professionalism! Clowns🤡

I turned to this store because I needed a Wi-Fi adapter to the TV. I emphasize that I do not understand this area, so before making a purchase, I consulted in their chat. I sent the name and model of the TV. The consultant offered two options, to my question, which one is better, so I don't understand anything about it, I was told that both of them are universal, suitable for everyone (!!!) TVs , and the more expensive one with the best chipset. that is, they did not write to me what I should pay attention to in the characteristics of the TV, they did not specify which chip was in it, but rather confidently offered certain options. after the purchase, it turned out that the adapter is not compatible with my TV and turns out to be not universal at all. Naturally, they refused to issue a refund, citing the law. The service specialist asked me what I was guided by when choosing and whether I had read the instructions for my TV. so I will answer - I was guided by the supposed professionalism and technical knowledge of your consultant, which, apparently, is not there. It's a pity for the money thrown away through no fault of your own.

I picked up my order FROM THE POST OFFICE when this service costs ~ 5.5 rubles. As a customer, I don't care how this online store works. I had to receive my goods on time by choosing a certain service (the service was not removed from the list of deliveries initially) Not only was the delivery so much delayed, but my request to return part of the money spent due to the discrepancy in the variability of delivery was ignored I am extremely dissatisfied with this state of affairs, I was shod for ~ 4.5 rubles out of the blue.
