It is very cozy, clean and comfortable here. There is everything you need to spend a pleasant weekend with your family. A large cozy dining room with a billiard table, a small pond in the courtyard, you can still go fishing, a beautiful barbecue area - these are not all the advantages of this place

A great quiet place. The room is spacious and clean. Good, comfortable, not wrinkled pillows and mattresses. A good bathroom. The second floor is a great place for cooking. There are all necessary kitchen utensils. Fabulous courtyard) In general, the place is wonderful! I recommend it!

We stayed here for a day on 09/23/24
We really liked it. We rented a double room. The room has a toilet and a shower. Everything is very clean. On the second floor there is a large dining room where you can cook and drink tea and coffee. There is a recreation area on the street. I recommend you to visit!!

I stayed here for 3 nights in August, I did not notice the cleanliness of the reviews, and I can also note the music in the courtyard at 8-30 in the morning and even after 12 at night, as well as the bonus of drunken conversations under the window at 2-30 at night that once woke me up

A gorgeous place! We were on a business trip. Very culturally, neatly, there are Parking spaces (even for large and long cars), there is a pond, there is a barbecue. Gorgeous rooms. Thanks to the owner!

Everything is clean, done wisely.
Closed area, Parking.
The room is comfortable.
There are zero complaints (only about a broken flashlight that was flashing all night..but this is a question for the local authorities).
In general, I liked everything. I recommend.

I stayed at this hotel for a week.
The rooms are cool, as is the kitchen upstairs. There is a washing machine, even a smokehouse during the cold weather. Barbecue, beautiful pond with a fountain. Class.
The owner Dmitry is generally a wonderful person. He is very pleasant in communication and is ready to help with almost all issues.
The audibility is still good enough, but if you live according to a normal schedule, then it does not cause problems.
I did not even expect that such a hotel with such good service would be in such a quiet place. town

My extended family and I were perfectly accommodated for the night in this small but cozy mini-hotel.
The whole interior is neat, clean and pleasant. Yes, not expensive, but in a modern style.

When looking for accommodation options in Osipovichi, this guest house immediately caught my eye. For our dates, there was only a room with three separate beds, but two of them were moved to us, although we did not even ask. The guest house is very comfortable and has everything you need.

It's a great house. It was filmed for three days. The rooms are clean and tidy. Good repair.
On the second floor there is a kitchen with all necessary utensils. Billiards costs some pennies.
There is a closed parking lot in the courtyard
Necessary travel documents are issued.
The prices are very reasonable.

Great accommodation for a nice price! The room has a private bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi. Perfect cleanliness. Unusual paintings in the rooms and corridors create a special comfort)
The kitchen is located on the second floor and there is everything you need: an induction hob, refrigerators, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, various kitchen utensils. You can also use the barbecue on the site. In general, there will be no problems with cooking :)
The area is very quiet and calm, extraneous noise does not bother. Within walking distance of the train station, cinema, grocery stores.
And the best thing is the host. Dmitry is a very pleasant, tactful and responsible person who made living in this place as comfortable as possible for me.
