The deposit has been paid, and where am I going with two tired preschoolers? They stayed. The shared bathroom consisted of two toilets and two showers. the latches were working, it was clean. In addition, I witnessed overlaps with guests at Karina's. someone has arrived, but he has nowhere to live at all. and the hostess settled the guests at her place. I agree with the review, which says that the hostess behaves arrogantly, sweetly polite only until the payment is made. I booked on a Bukkake, and Karina asked me to cancel the reservation in exchange for a jar of jam. That's what I did. maybe it wasn't necessary to have an argument and insist on complying with the terms of the reservation agreement or reducing the price... I am not a master of scandals. It seems to me that the hostess is counting on this, that people do not come here to swear, but to relax, and all her deceptions and forgeries will go unpunished. Vi-Wi worked poorly. the shared kitchen is normal. the photos were left only from the territory. there was nothing to photograph in the room)

I lived in this house from September 19 to 24, 2022. The hostess is hospitable, she met me by car to the Fish Factory. Everything seems to be fine. The yard is beautiful, the sea is nearby, but the room that was provided to me does not match the price. 1,900 per night in a kennel where there is no bathroom, no air conditioning, not even a fan. The room is considered a double room, but it is cramped for one person there. There's nowhere to put the suitcase. And if it's just the two of us and 2 more suitcases? I would not have stayed there, but a month before the trip I sent an advance payment, which is not refundable. I had to endure these inconveniences for a whole week for such money. Karina, make these rooms at least single and lower the price. And guests will be attracted to you. During the week that I have lived here, I have not seen anyone willing to live in such conditions. All the rooms were empty. People came and immediately left to look for other housing. And thank you, Karina, for the reception and meeting by car. But I won't come to you anymore.

Good day! We stayed with Karina in July 2022, rented a standard room for 3 people with amenities, with air conditioning! The room is clean, small, but quite sufficient for living, as in Greek 3-star hotels. Hospitable hosts, polite, tactful, ready to provide any help! A beautiful garden where you can safely spend the hot time of the day. The kitchen area has everything you need for cooking, there is a shelf in the refrigerator for each family (quite enough, but if you want to cook several dishes for a large family at once, there may not be enough space. This should be taken into account). Rest in this house is calm, measured, family, if you are a fan of noisy alcoholic parties, then you definitely have nothing to do here. Karina will ask you to leave the house after a wild party. (We witnessed how Karina politely and calmly refused to enter the house of a violent company after their revelry and screams. We were grateful for this, because we came to recuperate, and not to fight with rowdies). Karina tries to provide any possible assistance, sometimes the lights are turned off in the village, but this is not the fault of the owners. WiFi is working properly, in the kitchen area and in the territory adjacent to the kitchen. There are smoking areas in the garden, the smell of tobacco is not carried due to the abundance of greenery, there is a gazebo and a barbecue grill nearby. The beach is nearby, sandy, clean enough. There are several canteens at reasonable prices at the Marble Castle Hotel and at Monashye Gorge d3. (in the dining room of the Monash gorge d 3 amazing khachapuri and boats with homemade cheese, they are the tastiest we have ever eaten during our entire vacation in Abkhazia). There is a cafe near the beach, with evening live music and dancing, for lovers of active pastime, but everything is decent, without long-term spree. If you wish, you can be met / escorted, taken on an excursion (this is not included in the payment for accommodation). We are grateful to the hosts for a wonderful rest and recovery. I recommend contacting the hostess after booking and talking through the conditions again so that your expectations coincide with reality.
