We rested in May 2023 for 10 days. The rooms are clean, the kitchen is very clean and everything you need is there, the terrace is spacious. Ksenia is a very attentive and clean hostess. I recommend it to everyone.

The three of us were together in the second half of September 22.

Ksenia, the hostess of the house, is very Friendly, Caring, Responsive)
There were a week - I didn't take a local SIM card, Ksenia responded to requests: calling a taxi, it was cold in the room (it rained for 2 days) - I gave a heater, blankets.
I highly recommend it. In Sukhum, for such a price and with such a high class of service, you can no longer find a house.
The central beach is 15 minutes away with an easy walk, the wild beach is 7 minutes. We liked everything)))
