We've been living in this house for 2 weeks. Very cozy rooms, located right on the beach, nice garden full of greenery. Nice staff, thanks to Nadezhda for the hospitality. There is Parking, a kitchen, a gazebo, a barbecue area, a fenced area, decent cafes and restaurants within walking distance, the Sukhumi area itself is very well maintained. We will come again, I recommend it if you like beach holidays.

A very cozy guest house next to the sea, the manager is the Hope of a kind-hearted person, there is a shared kitchen with everything you need, a beautiful veranda above the kitchen overlooking the sea. It's just like home here.

To everyone who is used to a comfortable and comfortable stay, immediately NO! Complete lack of amenities in the rooms, everything is outside!!! But the first line, which is what captivates this place🤝
