We rested with Alice and Asta from August to September 8 this year. Everything is fine! Those who go to guest houses in Abkhazia will definitely like it. Room amenities, everything is functioning, the kitchen is large, there is enough of everything. Within walking distance (really, walking distance!!!) cafes, canteen, shops. 5 minutes and you are in the center. The location is perfect. And the view from the second floor balcony to the mountains is just a fairy tale

Nice clean house. Responsive hosts. The sea is a 3-minute walk away. There are air conditioners and rooms with a private bathroom. A very cute dog)

I do not recommend it with children! There were conflicts with the guests who like to stay up until 3 am, and then sleep until 12. I don't put smartphones and tablets in my children's hands to "turn them off". Therefore, if you are an adequate parent, take care of the psyche of your kids. Yes, the sound insulation is not very good between the 1st and 2nd floor.
But if you are going to "hang out", then the place is not bad... the sea is 5 min .walking. The hosts are hospitable.

We booked a triple room through Booking from August 8 to August 15, 2021. We received booking confirmation No. 3154463374. According to the booking conditions, we arrived on the specified day and time. The hostess met us and said that it was August, there were a lot of people who wanted to, so our room was already occupied by other tenants. I do not recommend it!!!

We have been coming to Gudauta for several years, staying with Alice, and this year we gathered again.I like everything very much, it is comfortable, clean,cozy, the owners are responsive, friendly. it is a 3-minute walk to the sea, the sea is clean, the beach is pebbly, there are not many people, which we also really like.
