The second time (06/23/2019), about 10 liters were missing in the tank, but after the 9.44 liter sensor was triggered, with the help of apparently some kind of mechanism (constantly pressing the button), an employee of 1-2 columns filled another 16 liters, that is, only 26 liters. No amount of talking helped, it looks like the scheme has been worked out... I am shocked, I came across this in the early 90s ... ! I plan to contact law enforcement agencies...
