The place has gone bad. We still need to look for such a pigsty. I do not recommend booking at home. We ordered a house at 14:00 and arrived 25 minutes earlier. The house is a mess, filth, and the cleaners were cleaning the floors in front of us, or rather, they were spreading dirt on the floor. Apparently, the water was not changed at all, vases with dirty water, there is no remote control from the TV, the table is not secured. And the curtains probably haven't seen powder in 5 years, the bench is dirty, unwashed, the wood is raw (not burning)They couldn't open the second exit for us for an hour. I had to wind up a cross in order to roast something on the grill. And the second floor probably hasn't been cleaned since the construction of the house. Dust in your finger. Complete unsanitary conditions. I'm not talking about the waitress. She threw the forks on the dirty tablecloth. I was half an hour late with the serving. The cuisine is terrible, khachapuri is not clear from what. There are so many things, I can't even count them. You take good money, but you can't put things in order. It's a shame!!! I will write reviews on all sites.

I want to write a review to the pool. We have been going there for many years, because the child loves the pool, and near the house. There are no questions at all about the cleanliness and quality of the food. But the service is just darkness, I have never seen such rude communication with visitors. There are few waiters, despite the number of visitors. It is simply not possible to wait for the order. We ordered food for the child and waited 1.5 hours for a puree with a cutlet. We had to go to the bar for drinks ourselves. But the bill was brought quickly, and before writing what was not brought.
When it was already boiling, we turned to the administrator, to which we were told that "the complaint book in the executive committee, if you are not satisfied with something, go there and write", "why do you come here at all if you don't like it here". When she took out her phone and started filming, she simply ran away without taking the bill.

It seems that the place is good, promising, but immediately upon booking, we were met by a very rude receptionist, the phrases "it's up to you.... ", I do not know what you need ... ", "What can I tell you.... ", "Decide for yourself ... " and "have in view of the fact that we have few dishes, we will preserve the table, what you order, and for other food, take your dishes, knives and dostochki... " If we had a choice of establishments of this type in our city, I would never have gone there after the first meeting with the administrator. I didn't get a single smile when communicating ... alas... It's a shame that our service industry is in such a state.... The order was made on July 03, 2024. And keep in mind that the firewood they give for the barbecue is not even enough to give mushrooms, let alone meat.

Excellent sauna complex! It is located on the shore of the lake, log houses, each one is different from the other. Inside there is everything you need for a wonderful holiday: a steam room, a swimming pool, a spacious recreation room, appliances are set on the table. You can order food, or you can bring it with you, there is even a microwave, and there is a barbecue in the yard. There are also playgrounds. We had a great rest! I recommend it to everyone

I want to leave a review about the bathhouse. We rented a sauna with a swimming pool inside. We arrived at 12 o'clock in the afternoon, the cleaning was finished right in front of us, because of this, the floors were wet everywhere. With such a not "modest" price of the bath, it turned out that the sheets should be taken for money, although they read in the reviews that towels and sheets are all included in the price. The steam room is great, but it would not hurt to repair the shower. In general, we had a great time, but the sediment remained. It's a pity that the hosts don't care about their guests.

We have been visiting the pool at Gulyai Khat for 3 years. We liked everything except the SERVICE, but we turned a blind eye to it, ignoring the fact that there were a lot of people and a shortage of staff. BUT our last visit on 07.07.2024 was an extreme point. We rented a gazebo for my husband's house, we were one of the first to open by 11:00, we immediately made an order, but everything was as usual, we waited a very long time for orders, there were no dishes, napkins and cutlery on the table, we went for everything ourselves, the waiters when you approach them and ask where the order is for you they are insolent and evade the answer. And so our day went on that we just went to the counter and reminded ourselves. We waited an hour for French fries, and we waited 1.5 hours for the usual broth with chicken and egg for the child. Regular mojito 40 min.There was no limit to patience. And for dessert, by the end of the evening, their manager, a red-haired unpleasant woman with bulging eyes, ran out to us, we began to figure out whether this was the norm, that we were waiting for our order for so long, to which we were answered by a shortage of personnel and no one forces you to ride to us, choose another place to relax! Why are there no napkins on the table or why dirty dishes are not taken away from us, dirty dishes were on the table all evening, there is one answer to everything, a lot of people, a banquet, we do not have time. When I asked for a book of complaints, the book abruptly turned out to be checked by the tax office or somewhere else.Rude is rare, I think an adequate manager who values the reputation of the institution would not behave like that, but when we turned on the camera and began to shoot, it was gone!
The place is nice, but the staff is just disgusting and spoils the whole experience. We will not visit it anymore!

In general, it's not bad, considering that the war has been going on for 9 years. Yes, the furniture is worn, but good-quality, in places something was broken by previous customers (our fireplace did not work because of this). Heating by cannons, water was always running. The staff is polite, comes quickly when you need something. There are 2 saunas with a swimming pool on site (sorry, the pool is not heated). On the ground floor there is a dining area (there is a TV and a bookcase), a steam room, a shower with toilet, a locker room and a swimming pool. On the second floor there is a seating area with sofas and a TV.
The houses on the ground floor have an entrance hall, kitchen, bathroom. a node, a dining room with a TV, on the second floor a room with billiards, sofas and a bedroom with a double bed. The cabins offer a wonderful view of the lake.
They also have just a restaurant, they cook delicious, the portions are large and hearty (I ate one salad)
I really liked it, I took off the star only because of the unrepaired furniture.

The worst place I've been!
1. The dishes were ordered in advance. The barbecue started cooking only after we arrived. (It's been over an hour) Although, of course, everything was agreed in advance. So far, everyone has already eaten salads.
2. Beer in PLASTIC cups.
3. Missing, torn tablecloths from three hundred years ago.
4. The waiter did not come for an hour (disappeared for the whole time while the barbecue was being cooked). It helped when we already contacted the administration.
5. The pond is dirty, not cleaned.
6. With all this, the prices are not cheap.
7. There was a torn chair in the gazebo, which no one had removed at the request.
8. Napkins and salt were brought only when they were already asked. (We were already at the table for an hour and a half).
9. There is no waiter call button.
I do not recommend visiting this institution.
P.S. There was a dish in the receipt that no one had ordered and it was not on the table. They didn't even talk anymore. We will try to tell as many people about this as possible.

I was sitting across from the waiter and couldn't hear what was being talked about on the other side of the table (the music was so loud that you could only hear each other if you stretched your heads towards each other in the middle of the table and shouted in your ear) We were sitting on the second floor. When the waiter left, I thought that he gave us time to study the menu and choose something, I did not know that someone from our company had ordered something, it was loud, we could not coordinate our actions. after the waiter left, we started shouting at each other and came to the conclusion that we wanted to leave, after which it turned out that one person from our company ordered coffee and cheesecake. We started looking for employees in the hall - our waiter and the administrator were interested, we did not find him in the hall. I stood for 5 minutes downstairs, going to the reception, there was no one in the administrator's place. (We wanted to cancel our order in advance, which we could not do), the employees I saw were the cloakroom attendant and those who played music very loudly on stage. We tried to find someone who would accept the cancellation of the order - we did not find it. We got dressed in the wardrobe and went out. 10 meters away, I turned around and saw that a girl with black hair in black clothes came up to the reception, I returned to tell her that we were leaving and cancel our order. The building is not bad. The content is so-so
The tablecloths are dirty and stained everywhere. The salad arrived on a cracked plate. The menu is dirty and torn. You can do it better. The waitress served nothing. I didn't duplicate the order. I wrote it down and went. I didn't ask anything, neither hello nor goodbye.
To put it mildly, the sediment is unpleasant. It doesn't pull up to the restaurant level at all. The food is average.
