Horrible service
Staf very unfriendly and bad manners.
Service is exceptionally bad.
We were only Two people on the table, they brought my wifes meal firs and i was waiting for 15 minutes to get my meal after i asked three times. The waiter behaved like that’s is a normal thing to hapen. They were in such of a rush to take our plates, i was still eating and the waiter reached for my plate. It took me three times to tell him to leave my plate alone as i have not finish my food yet.
They never apologised for anything
They canot say a simple sorry when they make mistakes. And forcefully asking for service charge, which is not compulsory as we already pay for the meal.
I always pay the service charge when is a semi decent service but to be forced to pay thats a bit to much.
Please do yourself a favour just dont go to this restaurant is not worthy, there is pleanty of other better places, this restaurant is run by crooks.
I would have scored zero star but is not posible.

We were at this restaurant in the 22nd and this year.
We chose it as one of the best places for a dense late lunch and a calm atmosphere, despite the fact that it is located near one of the busiest tourist spots in Istanbul, the Galata Tower.
The portions were still quite large. Although everything has gone up in price in Turkey, but for three people for 4 rubles you can eat beautifully and deliciously. The staff speaks a little Russian, they work quickly and everyone is very friendly. Payment is made using a Gazprombank card.
In general, I recommend connecting 2in1. To see and eat.

I was in this restaurant in November 2022, objectively it was better, the last time was in September 2024, the atmosphere of the place deteriorated significantly, cocktails were tastier before, now they are diluted with water as if, especially those that come with ice, everything remains at the same level of food - delicious! See for yourself the prices, this restaurant is not from the budget now, you can eat in a more specific restaurant for the same amount!

Just a great pesto. Super menu, lots of choices. There was a full boarding and the waiters were running, and nevertheless the serving of 4 dishes and drinks took less than 10 minutes. If you are in the Galata Tower area and want to eat somewhere, this is one of the places where you can go both during the day and in the evening. It is located right at the foot of the tower, there are places both in a small room and on the street. It looks like a decent place with more or less normal prices, there is a service + 10% to the bill. There are Russian-speaking waiters, the food is delicious, although a little greasy (this is the case in most establishments here). If you compare it with other cafes on Istiklal, it is one of the decent ones where I would return.

A great restaurant with a wonderful view of the Galata tower. Beef is incredibly tasty. The price tag is nice, considering that this is a super tourist place and the traffic there is huge. No more expensive than in other restaurants.
They were served very quickly. Despite the fact that there was a full landing, the drinks were brought in 2 minutes and literally 5 minutes after the course. I definitely recommend it.

Guney has returned for another stay in Istanbul 🙏 and as always everything is just wonderful 👍 friendly staff, serving dishes at the speed of light, a table will be found only when fully seated, redrawing the hall. For lovers of delicious bread, be sure to come in, it is delicious, they will bring as much as they want (a compliment). I highly recommend it to everyone. I recommend it!!!! The restaurant is always full, which means that it is worth staying here. The place is gorgeous - next to the Galada Tower. The prices are reasonable, and given the location, we can say that they are affordable. Sooo delicious and sooo large portions. We ate too much. We read the menu by barcode and ..... everything is clear in any language (you can also read it and look at it). Special thanks to the Serkan officer! What they didn't understand, they found an interpreter and explained to us. In general, 10 out of 10!

It was very tasty! The portions are huge, you can safely order one dish for 2! In the end, we didn't finish eating and took it with us. The menu is convenient, via Qr code in Russian, WiFi without password. The prices are reasonable if you take one dish for 2 at all cheap.
They cook very quickly, the order was delivered literally in 3 minutes.
The waiters are nice and sociable.

This is the best restaurant in Istanbul I've ever been to. And believe me, I've been to many of the top 360 and meos balik, etc. Excellent service, on top, not intrusive. The kitchen is wonderful. I don't like Istanbul at all, but when it's good, then it's good. I recommend it to everyone. Special compliment and thanks to the Serkan waiter.
