Great place: great food selection and great service.
Magnificent dumplings with porcini mushrooms (Belovezhskaya): the taste of mushrooms is felt! The standard portion is just decent. There were also bacon dumplings, which have a creamy taste.
We also took a herring - it's incredibly delicious! They didn't expect anything from her at all, but it turned out to be an excellent dish.
I will definitely come back here.

I've been coming to this cafe on purpose for many years, even if not on the way. The food is delicious - the soups are excellent, the dumplings, the pasta, and everything is delicious. Portioned butter is brought with bread - a dump of everything.
There are often no seats, a company of 3-5 people may not sit down, you need to book in advance, but this is not a minus, just a fact.
On the downside, the staff could have been nicer, even though it's not a high-level restaurant. Stone faces and no hospitality for catering are such a thing. The order of the dishes is that two people have ordered a salad, and the third has been looking at his soup for 15 minutes and waiting for the others, this should not be the case. We ordered two beers with a friend - they brought it to him, I'm sitting waiting, they brought it to me in 9 minutes (specially detected)? It's a great dumpling. We ordered to try three versions of dumplings. Excellent, varied taste. We went great with draft beer. There are a lot of people after 17:00, there are no places, only if you are lucky and someone frees up. So it's better to book. Not far from Victory Park. Literally 10-15 minutes walk.

We recommended this restaurant as a place with the most delicious dumplings in the city, but after the dranik, the dumplings no longer fit.
There was almost a full landing in the restaurant. I sat down at the bar first, and they noticed me about 15 minutes later. Then I moved to a table, where I waited for the waitress for another 15 minutes. Of course, it would have been possible to accept the order more quickly.
I ordered tea (I was counting on a teapot, but it turned out to be a cup) and a gourmet dranik. Very satisfying! The cooking time is about half an hour.
Despite the not very fast service, on my next trip to Minsk, I may also look at the dumplings.

Let's start with a good one :)
- The atmosphere is wonderful, it's very cozy outside and you can always take a blanket.
- The food is delicious
- The choice is good and the prices do not bite much
BUT the waiters are clearly in no hurry to work:
with most of the empty seats, we had to take the menu on our own (we did not wait 5 minutes)
to take the order for another 7-8 minutes
, drinks and bread basket were brought quickly and the main course too.
but dessert was waited for another 15 minutes after it was finished.
I would not write all this, because initially I thought: probably a lot of work and everything requires more time. But when the waitress was standing next to her and chatting with her friend, I realized that the problem was not downloading)

My friend took us to this place with the words: "this is the best hungover restaurant in Minsk." What's important: there are two Gourmets in Minsk and we need to go to this particular "old" one (and this is a compliment!) and he didn't lie! I was just going to have lunch, and my friends had a great hangover. We ate delicious soups, and this restaurant is famous for its million types of delicious dumplings! I highly recommend it to everyone! It's all homey! But keep in mind, you don't need to count on high service, this place is not at all pretentious and luxurious.

Disappointment.
We went to this cafe for lunch, focusing on positive reviews. We are not locals, so we expected a decent level of cuisine. Alas, the expectations were not fulfilled.
For the first, we ordered borscht and hodgepodge. Both dishes turned out to be mediocre, and the hodgepodge was completely in the budget version — with sausages.
For the second course, we chose carbonara pasta and a large chop. The pasta was acceptable, but the chop was a disappointment. This is not a classic chop, but a piece of hard, rubbery meat, most likely grilled. The vegetables on the side are just a thawed mixture from the package, tasteless and watery. The only thing that somehow saved the situation was French fries.
Additionally, I would like to mention the service: the waitress never asked if we liked the dishes, if everything was in order.
If you decide to have lunch here, be prepared for disappointment. There is a high probability of staying hungry and in a bad mood.

The coolest cafe is the dumpling shop in the center. The kitchen is excellent every time. The interior is certainly not the freshest, BUT everything is very decent. For fans of dumplings, I recommend it. I visited it for the first time about 10 years ago and since then, probably nothing much has changed inside. The quality and the "brand" are kept to this day. The establishment is time-tested.

We were just sitting in the bar area and waiting, and she flew up shouting and insulting and started saying something incomprehensible, or rather shouting. The police are usually called to this, it is an insult to the person and human dignity. I ask you to understand the situation, otherwise, we will complain, all the way to the Presidential Administration. You can't humiliate people like that for just waiting for a table.
