The room itself is not bad. (Pushkinskaya) Clean, inexpensive, almost everything is made of shells. But there are almost no belts in the gym. One is for children. The second one is breathing hard. It is unbuttoned during the exercise. It's also traumatic. They are not allowed to keep their belt at the same time. They open new gyms, but they can't spend pennies on a couple of new belts. Moreover, when I started walking, there were at least 4 belts. But failed belts are not replaced with new ones. It's not solid, and it shows an exclusively consumer attitude. PS I understand that the gym is economical. But there should be belts. Even in the dead "rocking chairs" of the 2000s, there were no problems with this.

A good gym, coaches and admins will tell you what to do, friendly, I notice how they help beginners, take them seriously, well, if the client himself does not have the motivation and discipline to work on himself, there is no reason to blame the coaches. It is always clean and tidy. The gym is like a gym, there is a place for personal muscle development, a large resource of simulators for each muscle group. Basically, a small minus, as it seems to me, are the visitors, they may not remove something or put it in place... Well, this is for me personally. This statement does not affect the hall itself and the working staff.

I was with my friends, they helped me register, polite staff, an instructor if anything can help. The hall is clean everywhere. The changing rooms are very comfortable and equipped with everything you need. There were enough people on the day off, but there were enough simulators for everyone)) I really liked it, we will come again ;)
