The gym is located on the site of a former casino, which is quite unusual. Panoramic windows on Masherov Avenue brighten up your stay on the ellipse and the treadmill.
There are a lot of exercise equipment in the gym, and plenty of space for classes. There is a separate exercise space on the mat.
However, there are disadvantages: the showers are equipped with a button water supply system for 15 seconds, which is extremely inconvenient for a full wash. It is cold in the gym and locker room, despite the absence of severe frosts outside.
In my opinion, the only advantage is the location and the affordable price.
In my opinion, the main advantages of the club are its location and affordable price. It is also worth noting the large parking lot.

Hello! This is a wonderful, spacious hall. Pleasant staff, ready to help with any question. Good equipment, there is everything you need. As well as a magnificent view from the windows, while doing cardio, it is very pleasant to watch from the windows who is busy with what who is in a hurry.
To anyone who chooses which jim24 to go to, I strongly recommend this one (and I've been to several) Thank you!

Positive:
- round-the-clock access to the gym is certainly very convenient.
- cardio zone from TechnoGym simulators + good view through large windows
- fairly low prices for season tickets
- there are coaches on duty who you can always contact (and the coach was very friendly and professional - Nikita Khromov))
- it is spacious enough, there are few visitors, I did not observe queues for exercise equipment (Sunday, afternoon)
- a large locker room, lockers are locked with a combination lock (although the lockers and benches themselves are small / uncomfortable - but this is extremely subjective, in comparison)
- there is parking (but, it is common to the building and there may be places, or there may be not to be)
- lots of windows, mirrors, light, renovated.
Now about the cons:
- the rest of the gym equipment in the gym is very cheap and uncomfortable (the impression of the "China" level), some are also old (the gym opened recently and I expected to see new, modern, comfortable simulators).
- showers - small, inconvenient switches (you press - the water flows, and they are pressed back by timing), there are no dispensers, climbing the stairs (it is somewhat unsafe after a shower)
- there is no toilet in the locker rooms (separate rooms, entrance from the hall) and washbasins (for some reason, an option when you just want to wash your hands not provided)
- on the ground floor there is either a cafe or a bar at the club - and from there, when food is being prepared, the smell rises into the hall (it is on the second floor), and here's how to practice on the treadmill when you smell French fries :)?
Unfortunately, because of the cheap uncomfortable exercise equipment (except cardio), this gym did not suit me. The other disadvantages are relative, one could put up with them, but simulators are very important, they must be good, of high quality.
