Dirty floors in the women's locker room every day! There are cobwebs above the treadmills, most often dirty mirrors. All the simulators are covered in dust, and in sunny weather it's just blood from the eyes, because dirt and hair are everywhere. You do not forget to raise the prices for subscriptions, but you forget to work on the quality of the service provided!

I was in the new GymExpress hall in Loshitsa on the Igumen tract. I liked it incredibly! Very friendly administrators, excellent working air conditioners, which is important in such heat, the latest variety of exercise equipment, the design style of the hall is a delight!!
I was at a trial lesson, I decided definitely to buy a subscription to this gym.

It's a good room, but there are many nuances that spoil the whole picture.
The locker rooms have poor ventilation, it's stuffy at any time of the year, especially if there are a lot of people, showers are something with something, the water pressure is not good, sometimes the water can stop pouring at all, the constant stench and dirt in the shower. The hall looks clean, but if you look closely, there are a lot of midges, dust, hair and other debris everywhere.
Strangely enough, even when there are a lot of students, there are plenty of exercise machines where you can work out and not stand in line for them.
The equipment itself in the hall (dumbbells, pancakes, etc.) sometimes lie around.
The contingent in the hall, it feels like they come here to take pictures or take pictures of themselves, it sometimes gets in the way.
Incompetent administration, with a severe bruise, they asked for ice, or something cold, and they heard in response: We don't have that, go to the pharmacy. They don't keep track of the damaged inventory that caused the injury!

There has probably been no cleaning in the showers since the opening , in addition to the layer of dirt on the white tiles , there is already mold . I like the hall as a whole: the interior, the service, the location in general, the cannon) but some coaches are the same name! When you see an indifferent attitude towards yourself for a paid workout: exercises only on simulators, and in the process of your performance, the "coach" freezes on the phone! Not everyone is like that, but many are! The contingent is pretty decent! But, as everywhere else now, some people forget the meaning of the hall: this is not a photo zone! About the dumbbells and pancakes left in the wrong place: this is the education of everyone personally!!!

Great gym. It's a little small, there's not enough space for cross-fit training, but if there aren't a lot of people (after 21 or before 17), then in principle it will do, it's a pity there's also no boxing ring, you can't hold sparring, but it's not designed for that.
The simulators are excellent, everything you need is iron, the locker rooms are large and spacious, the entrance is by fingerprint.

I often see coaches who don't clean up after their clients, thereby instilling the habit of "someone will clean up", but no one cleans properly.
pancakes hang at random, completely out of their "weight", the entire inventory, with the exception of the dumbbell row.
Yes, coaches sometimes split the handles, rolling pancakes, but not outweighing each one in its place, but just much closer to hang.
I have never seen employees walking and cleaning every hour (as I was told). I often spend 2-3 hours in the gym and regularly see employees sitting and scratching their tongues in the coaching room, rather than keeping order.
Put up signs around the hall "clean up your inventory"!!!
I turned to the coaches on duty, I was drained with the words "no one will keep order - it's useless." I also wrote to the post office .
There is a regular lack of paper in the women 's toilet , it is regularly pissed and dirty . There is already a dispenser with napkins , so that people do not waste paper on cleaning the rim and wiping their hands !
Among the advantages: it works around the clock; plenty of space, good equipment; 3 crossovers; 5 squat racks , which is very rare.
That's all.
It seems that the bosses don 't give a shit what 's going on inside their domain .

People are running around inside the hall and this somehow spoils the impression. But you still need to get to the hall! If you come in the evening and need to go up the stairs, it is impossible to do this. There are huge spiders right above the entrance and a man with a height slightly above average needs to bend down well enough to pass them. You go to the stairs - and there's an arachnophobe's hell. Having fought myself twice to get through, today there are so many spiders that I had to turn around and leave. Put things in order or something.

Everything is very fast and debugged, a clean fingerprint - you don't need to carry any locker keys with you, different cards, etc.
Constant cleaning, antiseptics, napkins, vending machines with goods.
The most important thing is that the rocking chair is big and no one bothers you, does not get stuffed into friends, does not give stupid advice, trying to sell something and does not climb to greet, coaches periodically look around, check everything, and do not try to get well with the whole hall.
When the workload is very high, you can still find free weights/blocks and do what you need to do.
The people walk normally, no one cares about anyone - he came quietly, came in, worked out, left.
What else is needed - the perfect place is simple.
There are enough showers, and the locker room is relatively large.

There are indeed professionals among them, but many of them have no previous education or training experience, as some of them have repeatedly confirmed to me personally.
