A great hotel, the best! And believe me, I have something to compare it with. If you want to stay in Gyumri, this is the best place. Attentive staff, clean rooms, nice bed linen, large breakfasts, excellent location
We stayed at the Gyumri hotel with the company 7 chevlovek and everyone is very glad that we live here
Special thanks to Azat - he was especially attentive to us, helped us find good restaurants, banks, and suggested where it is best to get a SIM card. Through Azat, we conveniently ordered room water and Armenian coffee in the morning. A wonderful hotel! The rooms were modern and well equipped, and the view from the window was amazing. The facilities were top notch, including a large restaurant. The staff was very helpful and made our stay unforgettable.

We had a rest with a company, booked a hotel through booking, and opened the backyard on arrival so as not to leave cars on the street. We were allocated suites without extra charge (a pleasant surprise). The rooms are spacious and cozy. We had everything we needed in our room - towels, a shower set, a kettle with cups and tea, a refrigerator, a hair dryer. The insulation is good, you can't hear the neighbors. When we arrived, it got colder sharply - the heating was turned on for us. Breakfast is included, we even had strawberries. The reception desk is pleasant to talk to, told me where to go to see the city and where it is better to eat. Only good impressions remained. I recommend.

An unreal place! Very cool service, nice rooms. The manager recommended a lot of cool places in Armenia. The whole naked company was accommodated in the suite without extra charges, as well as an insanely cool breakfast, very authentic masto. There's going to be a swanky restaurant across the street soon.

A great place) I stopped by on my way, for 1 night. I booked a room through booking, the hotel was almost completely free and they put me in a suite without extra charge.
The mattress is super, the room is great. The staff is friendly.
Plus breakfast is included.

The absence of dental accountants. We promised to bring it in an hour for two days, but they never did. The room was booked through a discount booking service. We arrived at the hotel and there were no rooms at this price. The booking could not be removed because there is no Internet. Despite the fact that everything worked great for us. Upon check-in, breakfast is included in the price, in the morning it turned out to be breakfast for a fee.

Terrible hotel, things are washed badly, cobwebs in the rooms, they do not count for the room but over the heads! Some kind of nonsense repair probably took place in 2000

We arrived tired at night, it was not up to choosing a hotel, there is no heating in the room, it feels like 10 degrees, there is no hot water, we could not wash. And this is all at a cost of 30,000 amd at the rate of 7500r to the ruble. I do not recommend this hotel
