I will no longer use their services. I used to use it. And even left the car in the queue. It was a very good level. We washed well. There was a cafe where you can wait. I didn't wait for the admin this time. I knocked on the room where he was previously located, silence. I opened the door, the cleaners are sleeping almost on the threshold. Then the cleaner came out, 5 people immediately rushed to him. Apparently, the same way I came for old times' sake. He grunted something in response, smelling of alcohol. Here my patience ran out, I think I've been looking for an admin for 10 minutes, they will most likely wash for a long time too. And then pay for it. Time is money. This is the capital. There is more than one car wash in the city. If you don't know how, don't work!

I arrived again on the night of March 25-26, 2025 at 01:00 the same situation, the administrator went out alone and said it was closed. The location of the car wash is convenient for me and I would like to arrive at a convenient time after work and household chores, why specify that around the clock if in fact it is not so. You need to notify someone that on some days it's not around the clock.
