They presented a certificate for the DR at the end of the summer. I decided to leave a gift for the fall and went about my daily business. A couple of days ago, looking at my car, I decided that it was time to use this service and put the vehicle in order. But, unfortunately, the validity of the certificate has ended for a couple of days. Nevertheless, I made a call to the administrator, told the situation that I was only a couple of days late, did not arrive six months later. To which I received a brief and bored response from the administrator: the certificate is over, you are late. I understand that rules are rules, but customer orientation should be, and being a couple of days late, from my point of view, is not such a long time to solve this issue somehow. The negative fallout from the company, in particular from the administrator, remained. I will go to wash my car in another place, and in the future I will think about whether to stop by them or not, although I used the services periodically!

I do not advise you to apply! They've completely gone bad! Today I drove the car to the body wash (cost 65 rubles), specifically asked to thoroughly clean the trunk lid from dirt (it does not wash with an automatic car wash).
As a result, the trunk is speckled. When trying to make a claim, they offered to pay an additional fee. services of 130 rubles for bitumen washing. When I asked how the sand-colored bitumen could be on the trunk, they just shrugged their shoulders. I took a rag from their administrator and showed them that with proper effort, the dirt is washed off. The answer is the same: they shrugged their shoulders and said that they were washing using technology and would not make additional efforts (like they would scratch the car).
In general, he spat, paid, and vowed not to come here.

I recently washed the car again on H3O. I really liked the attentive, patient attitude of the administrator Sergey to the clients. I have been driving for more than 10 years, but I have not asked myself the question of car care for a long time. Sergey answered my numerous questions very calmly and clearly, explained the differences in services. Closer to winter, I will return for a quartz coating or make a hard wax. In the meantime, I'll just wash my faithful iron horse and enjoy the cleanliness. For me, a clean car is a separate kind of high. I haven't found a better place to wash yet.

Обслуживание очень плохое.Сказали 1,15 в место этого прождал 2 часа,Машина вся в разводах,потеряли крышку от авто визитки,внутри все заляпано грязными пальцами,не убрали ничего практически,но взяли 140 рублей если на русские почти 5000!Не рекомендую никому!!!

Terrible car wash for 90 rubles! The interior was simply dusted off with a rag . After washing, I had to use 2 packs of wet wipes to wipe all the plastic (please note that they remained black!) the steering wheel was not wiped at all , there were traces of my fingers on the plastic . Under the steering wheel , the shelf was not seen at all where the dust was . Not even a rag got into the door cards. Places on the floor where the vacuum cleaner did not even pass . On the chrome-plated body parts , the plaque was wiped off with a damp cloth . The door arches are all covered in dust , again I wiped them with wet wipes . The evo mats were left with dirt, even put them back incorrectly. And the trunk was not touched. Yes, my car was dirty. But the washing level is close to 0! It 's not worth the money at all . It 's a pity that I trusted him, sat down and left ... only the worst impressions remained. I don't know how I paid for it at all.

We washed for 2 hours - as a result, the midges on the bumper were not washed, even a fly with outstretched wings stuck in the opening near the headlight stuck out. The car is white, you can see the kick-ass!! The answer was this: midges are not always washed, they need to be polished. In the sense of???? Guys, I washed the car not on the ring road from dust for 50 rubles!!! I came to the specialists with professional chemistry or not, probably not anymore. Conclusion: I will not come to you anymore!!! It is difficult and long to earn a reputation, but you can lose it easily and quickly

It's not worth the money, it's better to take a regular "protector grand" for 130. I didn't notice the difference, on the contrary, this time the outside was poorly washed. (And inside everything is super).
The administrator is not friendly, you can't get words out, as if he is being forced to work here :)
But it's not difficult to sign up, there is a good waiting room, a Crown castle nearby (you can pass the time while waiting for a car), a good access road. So I'll try to wash the car here again sometime.

The worst car wash in Minsk. For 15 minutes I showed stains after washing, which for some reason were not washed. The trunk wasn't even cleaned. To my reasonable question why, they said that when a lot of things are not cleaned. Neither before washing nor after, they decided not to tell me about it until I paid attention. Even after washing, the phone holder was missing. Most likely, they just took it off to clean the panel and forgot to return it back. But nevertheless. Total:

Things are missing.
Look for another sink. Fortunately, there are others in Minsk that I am very happy with.

The car was washed disgustingly. 80p per complex does not correspond to the quality of the service.
There was a lime tree stuck on the body, and the administrator said that this was normal - although previously the car was always laundered from any condition for this money. They just didn't even try to wash it.
There were drops on the front and rear bumper.
The trunk was left with sand on the mat.
The windshield is stained with unwashed dirt.
The hood is stained with some kind of aerosol, which leaves greasy streaks.
A car wash employee with no experience does not understand that you do not need to blurt out the doors, and there is a button in the trunk to close it.
The price was raised in the spring from 50 to 80 rubles, and that's all their advantages.

They claim to be a car wash with show-offs. Everything inside and out looks good, the chemistry is different. The result is that the outside is well washed, but the inside is just disgusting. The glass in the corners is stained, the plastic at the bottom is dirty. Under the seats, the same is not ideal.
I gave 80 rubles ~ $ 30. It's expensive for this quality. So far, PLS, the sink is 2 times cheaper and better in quality.

I was looking for a motorcycle wash. NZO was advised by a friend - he said that no one washes like them. When I first arrived there, I was surprised that the washer finally rolled out the motorcycle and manually cleaned the spokes and small parts. The result was amazing.
The second time after washing, the entire tank was stained with small drops, it feels like not even all the dust was washed away, dirty streaks remained on the wing, the rims between the spokes were naturally not even touched, and pieces of dried midges remained on the mirrors. In short, I washed it terribly. The sink is probably good, but there are not very good specialists.
I'll think about going there next time.

The girl who sits at the reception communicates distractedly, sits on the phone, and when you come to pay, with such an arrogant look that she is distracted from the phone and needs to do something. I saw when my keys were brought, but only 10 minutes later a guy came up and said, didn't they give you the keys? The car is ready. When I was about to leave the parking lot, they put a Mercedes in front of me, which was washed and also "wiped the glass and mirrors", and no one cares that others need to leave. After washing, the stains remain. A disgusting feeling after visiting this car wash. Perhaps you already have a lot of clients and you don't need new ones? If so, I'll find another one without any problems.
