Girls used to work, it was always 10/10 The guy started working a couple of months ago, now I don't know if he works or not, but he couldn't make the delivery every time he came, unlike the girls. All three times I came for certain content, it could only be ordered by phone with delivery. It was not available. The site is generally a horror. Nothing opens except the main page, the buttons do not work. That is, if I do not know the assortment, I will not be able to order. The delivery itself works well, communication with the operators is fast and hassle-free. They speak Russian well and have a polite conversation. The store itself is always clean, there are enough products to choose from (not counting the very filler that I need)
