A terrible salon , I brought my daughter about 6 years ago and cut off 2-3 cm on request , 10 were cut off , in fact, the square had to be paid accordingly (((, in May 2024 I saw an advertisement about complex coloring, the Instagram page was very beautifully designed , I decided to take a chance. As a result, I was disappointed, the master was rude, she expressed herself terribly as "a bucket of hair", "a mane", it was very unpleasant to listen, I generally keep silent about the appearance of the master, dirty clothes in other people's hair, dried paint stains.... But she had already come to sit down ... although there was an impulse to get up and leave . She listened to what I wanted, which was complex with a cold touch in the airtach technique, and even showed the photo to the master from Instagram, where her work was announced!!!!! She nodded, saying that I understood well , now we'll do it, as a result, what she "did" to me did not look close to a beautiful picture on Instagram. I'll tell you in order, to begin with, she began to choose strands in the highlighting technique (specifically with a comb, without blowing anything out, commenting, now there is a couple of order on the back of her head, and she rose higher and higher, I realized it was so convenient for her), I was outraged, to which I was told there would be an airbrush, but continued to choose strands with a comb when I said in a raised tone , I actually pay a lot of money for a specific technique , I still took a hairdryer with a dissatisfied face , saying there was nothing to blow out , you 'd be all white ( by the way , no master I was close to said anything like that , they always calmly started the airtach technique from the back of the head and "white" I never left. I washed off the powder and applied tinting , filled my hair with foam and began to rub it scratching my head through gloves . The foam began to pinch very much , by the way, the master left to smoke with a colleague . She came and said , "my hair is like dead meat," she started washing it off and applied foam again, and without explaining anything, she went to the phone, when she washed it off and I sat in front of the mirror, I just started crying, I was yellow with a red tinge !!!! When she saw this, the "master" dried a strand for me and pretended that she didn't like it, the dry strand was reddish yellow, but it was clear from her face that she was confused and realized that she had made a mistake with the tinting, took me back to the Sink and began to apply a new tinting. Which didn't really save the situation... at the same time, she managed to call someone and complain that she was shifting the tinting for the third time.... . I even refused to get a haircut, just asked to be dried and not touched anymore and left and vowed to go to this salon, the master started crying for something, saying it was so hard for her, I was the second client for coloring in a day, but I expressed doubt that it was really her work that was displayed on Instagram and in general, if It's hard why take two clients, I came to show your work, you assured me that you would do it , I'm not sure, refuse .I didn 't immediately write a review , of course, and I didn 't start a showdown , I paid for something I didn 't understand and left , and apparently for nothing, the other day a similar situation happened to my friend, who unknowingly turned to this salon , I saw that she didn't choose the strands on the back of her head , specifically the area that the master decided not to touch , apparently doing they tinted it into a terrible red-copper color , she was just crying with annoyance ... today they fixed it , but her hair was burned off ....I am correcting my mistake and writing an honest review. I highly do not recommend this salon! I just had my hair burned off from 3 tints in a row , I had to use very expensive treatments for a long time and do expensive procedures to somehow save my hair , I cut off 20 cm , my hair just broke and fell off , after half a year my hair more or less stopped being dry and brittle , and the master I turned to ( in another salon) I barely corrected the work of the would-be master , they photographed the back of my head , the sight is still uneven indents , spots , I write as it is . I've been doing complex coloring for many years, and this is the first time I've come across such poor-quality work, service, and tactless customer service. Let me clarify that my friend and I visited different masters. And the sediment is certainly terrible . I'm writing just because it's already some kind of system to spoil hair and mood....

I didn't feel the atmosphere of a nice, cozy salon where you can relax like a woman and where you want to come back again.
I've been there twice because the salon is located close to home.
But I was not satisfied with either the quality of the hairdresser's work or the quality of the administrator's work.
The girls in the salon really lack respect for the client.
During the procedure, all employees actively communicated on household topics, while not particularly controlling their speech, it was very noisy and I was treated as a "girlfriend" as a client.
The location of the salon is super, everything else, unfortunately, has significant, unpleasant nuances.

I was in the solarium, plus there is a cold blowout. I didn't have any cream with me, so I took a cream "at once" to improve their tan. The prices are not from the budget. Half an hour later, the skin turned a chocolate shade, the next day after the shower I noticed that the tan seemed to have gone off. The feeling that I was sold not a cream that accelerates the manifestation of tanning and so that it lies flatter and lasts longer, but just a light tan, there has never been such a quick and short-term effect on my skin. The next day, my eye got inflamed from a tanning mask and I had to drip an antibiotic (eye problems are very rare for me).

The WORST barbershop I've ever been to!!! Terrible attitude towards the client. The recording was at 16:00, postponed to 16:30. It was necessary to dye the roots. After I came, sat down in a chair and they put paint on my roots, the master invited another client for a haircut! I was asked to move. I have thin, sparse hair and accordingly, in order not to harm, the paint must be maintained for a minimum time. I sat with the paint for 40 minutes while the master cut another client's hair. After 45-50 minutes, the paint was washed off by the administrator!!! I applied a mask, which I sat with for another 40 minutes and waited for the master to finish the haircut to wash off my mask.
In total, I spent 2.5 hours of my precious time painting the roots!!!
Due to the fact that the paint was overexposed, a very dark color turned out. My forehead was painted and the paint was not washed. If I had to go somewhere the next day, the event would be ruined. It's been 2 days and the paint on my forehead still holds.
Yes, I received 1000 apologies, but the spoiled mood, lost time and terrible result cannot be fixed.
In order not to spoil my mood and not to waste my nerves before the holiday, I did not arrange a showdown on the spot, but drew conclusions for myself.
