I hope the owner reads this and reacts properly!
I moved into a new apartment, this hairdresser is located nearby and, if necessary, I decided to go in to repair my nail, as I'm flying away on vacation (06.01.2025). When I went into the barbershop, I politely asked if it was possible to make repairs now, for five seconds they looked at me like a fool, not understanding what I wanted. After this pause, one of the ladies asked me a question why didn't you go to where you were or to the master from whom you were doing it. In the sense of? This is the first time I've come across such questions...Are you aware of customer orientation at all, or are you not interested in building a base. I was glad that there was a hairdresser nearby and I didn't have to drive, but I'd rather drive than come here with that attitude! At another barbershop, they took me without any questions and offered me tea. I wish you to continue to sit and save fat for your customers!

The barbershop is well located, there is a transport stop nearby. The space is small, good for the elderly, there are few steps and 1 floor. I advise you to visit.

I go to this barbershop for a pedicure and eyebrow/eyelash coloring. They do it well, quickly, efficiently. There have never been any problems. And the prices are just a fairy tale, I'm very happy.
