Everything is fine. I paid 27 rubles for a haircut once. Another time I gave 30 rubles (25 for a haircut + 5 rubles for washing my hair). Although my head was washed before going to the hairdresser that morning. I probably won't go a third time. But they cut it normally, as you ask.
